When comparisons of the relative proportions of each tick species within area were performed, highly significant differences (χ2 (3) = 1435.36; p ≤ 0.0001) were found for each of the two major tick species (individual components of χ2 (1) ≤ 93 for R. pusillus and H. lusitanicum ), indicating a strong association with area.
In spite of some discrepancies, as mentioned earlier, the correlation between these two parameters was highly significant (Pearson correlation coefficient, r = 0.8104, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 8 ).
(Additional file 1 : Tables S3, S4) Mediation analyses using the Cox and Hertzmark methods indicated that BMI's effect could explain 16.1% (95% CI, 9.1%-27.1%) of the impact of adding salt to food on incident sleep apnea and is highly significant with a P < 0.0001.
ANOVA test observed highly significant differences to leaves against other plant parts ( F test = 134.24) ( P value < 0.0001).
Interestingly, our two-way ANOVA revealed that this increment is only owing to the extremely significant effect of tramadol treatment ( F [1, 30] = 21.34, P < 0.0001), since no statistically significant effect was seen for the time of tramadol administration ( F [2, 30] = 1.926, P=0.1633) or for the time-treatment interaction ( F [2, 30] = 1.557, P = 0.2274).
By applying a paired t test, the differences between the WN and RNN model to the TAtt model were shown to be both highly significant with p ≤ 0.0001 across subjects (Cohen’s d = 10.68 and d = 10.66, respectively).
Relationship to the clinical manifestations C.albicans was found in four (eight percent) of the fifty cases, which were the only cases with apical radiolucency. Apical radiolucency and the presence of C.albicans were found to have a highly significant correlation ( p <0.0001), according to the statistical analysis.
This is highly significant ( p < 0.0001) and indicates that the items used in the questionnaire have good reliability ( Campbell, David & Stephen, 2021 ).
398 genes were shared between the groups, showing highly significant (p<0.0001, Chi-square test) enrichment of genes regulated by ΔNp63α re-expression among differentially expressed genes during EMT.
Fig 1A shows that this pattern of massive difference occurred in the raw data at all three Ages, and the 95% confidence intervals make clear that the differences were highly significant (at all three Ages, p < .0001) with extremely large effect sizes (Cohen’s d = 2.7, 3.0 and 2.7 at the three Ages respectively).
The difference of CRP between the groups was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
showed a trendP = 0.0001
The levels of IL-6, NF-κB, iNOS, and NGAL were significantly altered or showed a trend towards being altered by chronic noise and APP/PS1 overexpression (Fig. 5 a–d, ANOVA output: IL-6: exposure F (1,18) = 24.27, P = 0.0001, genotype F (1,18) = 0.5591, P = 0.4643, interaction F (1,18) = 0.005064, P = 0.9441, post hoc WT CON vs WT NOISE P = 0.0080 , WT CON vs APP/PS1 CON P = 0.9629 ,
The animals showed a highly significant preference (paired Wilcoxon test; V = 353, p < 0.0001, r = 0.76) for odor derived from male perioral secretions (median sniffing time: 23.17 s; SD: 26.3) over swabs from the dorsum (median sniffing time: 12.45 s; SD: 14.9), irrespective of their sex.
A One-Way ANOVA with repeated measures shows that the difference between conditions was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), whereas there were no differences between run 1 and run 2 (see Tables 2a and 2b ).
Compared to baseline (2.2 ± 1.4), the decline in AGM was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) at 1-week, 1-month, and 3-months follow-up with respective mean AGMs of 0.5 ± 0.7, 1 ± 1.1, and 1.4 ± 1.2.
The sEMG recording allowed highly significant discrimination between most of the exercises ( p < 0.0001) but some failed.
LRTI was also more frequent during the HBoV1 primary infection (5%) than during the next interval (0%) but was too rare for the difference to reach significance; however, when combined with URTI, the difference was highly significant (p<0.0001).
