When comparing allelic frequencies between HIV-controllers and the PRIMO seroconverters, four SNPs located within the 6p21 (rs2395029, rs13199524, rs12198173 and rs3093662, are in bold in Table 1 ), showed highly significant differences (p<10 −4 ) that correspond to a striking enrichment in HIV-controllers for protective allelic variants associated with HIV-RNA levels.

However, there was a highly significant interaction between temperature and drought strategy ( F 1,124 = 41.77, P ≤ 0.0001), indicating that these groups of species responded to the experimental heat treatments differently.
All variables but sex ( p = 0.814), upper quadrant periodontal assessment ( p = 0.513), and lower quadrant periodontal assessment ( p = 0.285) showed highly significant differences between the high-risk and low-risk clusters ( p < 0.0001).
Correlation of these two cytokines regarding the whole study group (n = 48) was highly significant (p < 0.0001, Spearmans rank correlation) upon stimulation with Penicillium chrysogenum (r s = 0.82) and Aspergillus fumigatus (r s = 0.80) and after stimulation with 10 pg/mL endotoxin (r s = 0.55).
The variance of repeated measurements in all models is statistically highly significant (Wald Z > 4.4, p < .0001), indicating that the variation resulting from multiple measurements of the same city using different methods and indicators constitutes the primary component that the model needs to explain.
The same group 5 from Portland, Oregon, has also utilized a simulation model involving video set up and put away times to demonstrate a highly significant ( P =0.0001) difference in operating room efficiency in a dedicated minimally invasive surgery suite versus a traditional OR.
The resulting Spearman's correlation coefficient, r, was 0.65 (95% confidence interval 0.45–0.79), which was highly significant (P<0.0001).
These three trend indicators were still highly significant ( p < .0001) when added jointly to the existing model using the following transformations: X 3 + X 3 *log(X) for the absolute change in the risk score from the previous day; X 0.5 + X 0.5 *log(X) for the absolute change in the risk score from the start of the trend; and X -2 + X -2 *log(X) for the number of consecutive days with a trend in the risk score (we first shifted all original values up by the minimum observed value to ensure the values were greater than zero).
Patient by patient calculation of the value of difference of the angle of IR between left and right hip revealed extremely significant difference (p < 0.0001, Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test); a similar significant asymmetry between the left and right hip was found for the ER (p < 0.0001).
The results confirmed a highly significant monotonic decrease in the self-generated preparatory advantage from the first to the final move ( p < 0.0001; cluster mass = −1,779.65; −1,000 to +495 ms), indicating that preparatory activity became progressively less self-specific as the sequence unfolded ( Fig. 3 , right panel).
The results indicate that Group (ASD and the two TD groups) and Task (with and without objects) as main factors, are highly significant: (Group: F [2,75] 72,55 p<.0001; Task F [1,75] 220,52 p<.0001).
At 1 mm apical to TP, group differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with no time ( p = 0.93) or interaction effects ( p = 0.70).
Pairwise comparison between groups at each time revealed that all the test compounds induced a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) reduction in BGL comparable with the standard drug rosiglitazone.
Remaining 16 IA-predicting candidate loci (6 intergenic, 8 intronic, and 2 synonymous SNPs; log10BF > 6.1 and p < 5 × 10 –8 ) were not accompanied by any neighbor promotor or functional variations such as UTR, missense, and nonsense SNPs that showed both moderate to strong LD (0.5 < r 2 < 1) and marginally significant associations ( p < 0.0001, data not shown).
These values were all highly significant (p < 0.0001).
This difference was highly significant (one-way ANOVA: F = 98.53, p < 0.0001), and a post hoc Dunnett’s test confirmed significant differences between our SYNZIP2-GFP control and SpyTagged GFP (SYNZIP2-GFP vs GFP-SpyTag: t = 6.925, p < 0.0001; SYNZIP2-GFP vs SpyTag-GFP: t = 14.04, p < 0.0001).
