A total of 22 metabolites comprising 11 known metabolites and 11 unknown metabolites showed nominally significant relation ( P > 1.03 × 10 −4 but P < 0.05, IVW method) to HF ( Table 1 ).
Excerpts
The corresponding F is highly significant (F= 7.34, df= 208, 211, p= 0.0001059), showing that the patient group differs considerably from the healthy volunteer group.
Conversely, motif analysis of the repressive H3K27me3 peaks exhibited a strikingly uniform and highly significant (Adjusted p = 0.000106) enrichment of the Helicase-like transcription factor (HLTF) motif, which was present in over 85% of the target sequences ( Supplementary Figure 3B ).

The association analysis of ARDS and COVID-19 fatality rates showed a highly significant value ( p value = 0.000106022666010979).
4 b1 , p = .14) and was quite significant for i.v . delivery (Fig. 4 b2 , p = 1.07 × 10 −4 ).
Upon exploring protein-protein interactions between the 92 DE ExclusiveMS genes using STRING, a highly significant enrichment for PPI was identified ( P = 1.07 × 10 −4 ; Figure S2 ), indicating that these genes act together or respond in concert to detrimental mechanical stress.
0 controls), but the association signal remained highly significant, with a much higher odds ratio (OR = 27.68 [95% CI 1.5–528.7], P = 1.08 × 10 −4 ) (Table 3 ).
Thus, the hot-spot mutations in SARS-CoV-2 were enriched within IRs loci and this association was highly significant statistically ( P -value = 0.0001085; t = −5.94, df = 9, one-sample t -test) ( Figure 1 ).
Regression analysis for the observable t h and independent variable t policy1 yields a highly significant linear correlation (p-value = 1.09 ⋅ 10 −4 ).
Meta-analysis was highly significant (−482T meta-analysis p = 1.1 × 10 -4 ).
TG to HDL cholesterol ratio was also a strong and highly significant predictor (β = –9.9, P = 1.1 × 10 –4 ) (model 2), although this relation was attenuated with inclusion of current BMI (model 3).
For both orientation and numerosity sensitivity, the correlation with mathematics scores was highly significant in the adult group ( R = −0.26, P = 1.1 × 10 −4 ; R = −0.26, P = 1.2 × 10 −4 ; N = 216), confirming that the relationship between numerosity sensitivity and mathematics is not restricted to childhood ( Halberda et al., 2012 ).
Only the Rh5 SNPs 439 and 442 were highly significant, p = 0.00011 (see Additional file 5 ) and remained significant after a Bonferroni correction.
Of the 22 genes in the immediate neighborhood of ApoE , including ApoE itself, 4 (18.2%) were inferred as differentially connected between the wild type and ApoE −/− crosses, and this proportion was highly significant (∼8.1 fold enrichment, FET p -value<1.1×10 −4 , permutation adjusted p -value<0.001) ( Figure 5 and Figure S5C ).
The model of the second multiple logistic regression had a highly significant ( p = .00011) moderate capacity (Nagelkerke R 2 = .412) to predict the program outcome (favorable outcome: 86% correct; unfavorable outcome: 70% correct; global: 78% correct).
The difference in distribution of AKT-sensitive and AKT-insensitive drugs to the M area was statistically highly significant (Fisher exact test: p = 0.00011).As expected, the group of AKT-insensitive drugs mapping to the M region included typical microtubuli-targeting drugs such as colchicine, vinblastine, and podophyllotoxin.
Using the DAVID functional annotation tool ( https://david.ncifcrf.gov/ ) we found that there was a highly significant enrichment of the term “chromatin regulator” (uncorrected p = 0.00011; Benjamini-Hochberg corrected p = 0.0068) of the Protein Information Resource (PIR) database.
Simulations using data sets in which the observed DNA methylation levels were randomly connected to the amplicon sequences, indicated that these overrepresentations are highly significant with p-values <1.1×10 −4 ( Figure 4B ).
Immune-related genes and marginally significant LD blocks ( P< 1.1E-04) immediately adjacent to significant association clusters were also examined as potential candidates.
This is a highly significant overlap, given that the total number of genes in all sub-networks created by NIMMI is 6035 (p-value = 1.11×10 −4 , hypergeometric test).
When we analyzed the statistical significance of the TAIs using VTAI (variance of TAIs) as a test statistic, [ 47 ] we found that the bat, mouse, and pig forelimb trends are highly significant ( P -values = 1.11e-4, 1.36e-4, and 3.12e-4, respectively), whereas the opossum forelimb trend is not ( P -value = 0.256) (Additional file 6 : Figure S5).
CYP4C64 was found to be strongly overexpressed in the thiamethoxam-resistant strains compared with the susceptible strains, and the correlation between relative protein expression levels ( CYP4C64 expression values versus actin expression values) and resistance levels (RR values; table S2) was positive and highly significant ( P = 1.11 × 10 −4 ) ( Fig. 1B and fig.
