The enrichment of these MCTS1 pLOF variants in our male MSMD cohort without genetic diagnosis ( n = 422, 5 pLOF variants) relative to a cohort comprising both male patients without mycobacterial infections and healthy male individuals ( n = 1,932, 0 pLOF variants) was highly significant ( p = 0.00013).

A highly significant association was found between reporting of complaints and occurrence of pulmonary complications at some point in the study (X2 (1, N = 250) = 14.6309, p = .000131) as shown in Table 3 .
Indeed, 299 sites could be considered significant ( P < 1.33 × 10 −4 , Bonferroni correction).
Without exception, a highly significant difference was observed using every deleteriousness metric with M-CAP the most significant ( p = 1.37 × 10 − 4 ) all of which would withstand correction for the three independent tests performed.
When comparing these two groups, their 4YR IQ difference was highly significant (C/R, p = 1.379 × 10 –4 ; Figure 1a , middle panel).
P levels were highly significant ( p < 0.00014); thus, the reliability of data was accepted and MANOVA was performed for both genders for each one of the two parameters, i.e., number of graphemes and BHK score. 3.2.
Correlation analysis of velocity and activation area within individual experiments revealed a highly significant correlation between these parameters both in acute experiments (Spearman r = −0.576, p = 0.00014), and in chronic experiments (Spearman r = −0.371, p = 0.043), particularly under isoflurane anesthesia (Spearman r = −0.526, p = 0.030).
We observed a highly significant negative correlation between ξ and the proportion of small distances Ψ ξ generated by the A-WE model ( r 2 = 0.969, P = 0.00014): the smaller ξ , the better the simulations fitted the observed data, and the greater the enrichment of the A-WE model in these simulations.
Both cell types showed highly significant effects on cyst volumes ( p = 0.00014, f = 14.7, df = 2,19), with no significant difference between rats treated with hNESCs and hNPCs.
These proportions were tested by a χ 2 test and were found to be highly significant ( P = 0.00014).

This frequency approached significance in males (95% CI: 0.758-53.32, P =0.074), but was highly significant in females (95% CI: 3.852-Inf, P =0.00014) and when both sexes were combined (95% CI: 2.993-140.6, P =6.24×10 −5 ).
Time effect The Friedman rank sum test showed a highly significant time effect for all tested individuals’ serum RELN concentrations ( p = 0.00014; d f = 7; χ 2 = 29.09).
Increase in waist circumference (cm) was another highly significant risk factor unique to COVID-19 risk of death (HR = 1.059 [1.028,1.091], p = 0.00014).
No significant differences were observed amongst viral strains at 4 dpi or 17 dpi, but highly significant differences in RNA1 (** p = 0.00014) and RNA2 (**** p = 0.0000008) were observed when comparing wildtype GHu to mutant GHu 1E Pol*/Sd K802G at 26 dpi, as shown by Tukey’s HSD test (Supplementary Fig. 6b,c).
Table 4 and Figure 8c list the 20 most significant small molecules along with their enrichment scores and p values; amongst these, Prestwick-1080 (enrichment score: −0.906) and verteporfin (enrichment score: −0.903) had highly significant negative scores (P = 0.00014 and 0.00176, respectively), suggesting they could restore the normal cell state.
A LRT test indicated that these differences are highly significant (PRE: P = 1.4 × 10 −4 ; ERE: P = 1.2 × 10 −5 ), suggesting a greater involvement of HoxA genes in female reproductive function in mammals than in nonmammalian gnathostomes.
