The sensitivity analysis on PaCO 2 considering the first three sampling times of all seven sheep strengthened this result, given that the differences with the baseline (Figure 2 ) were all highly significant ( p = 0.0004 at 60 minutes, p < 0.0001 at 90 minutes, and p = 0.003 at 210 minutes).

The correlation of Δ G FoldX with the residuals e i of the least-squares fitted linear model Δ G exp (SAS) was somewhat lower (ρ = 0.52) than the correlation of Δ G FoldX with Δ G exp , but remained highly significant ( P = 4 · 10 −4 ).
When combined with published data, 11 of the 15 loci showed highly significant evidence for association with schizophrenia ( P <4.1×10 –4 ).
Reduction in CD33 + /CD11b + /CD14 + /HLA-DR - and CD33 + /CD11b + /CD15 + /HLA-DR - MDSC populations were highly significant in MiaE (p<0.00041) and MiaM (p <0.0002) when both aATC and Th 1 cytokines were added to co-cultures (Figure 1 A).
Phenome-wide association (PheWAS) of n = 10,168 phenotypes revealed nominally significant association of p.Arg1231Cys with ischemic stroke (OR [95%CI] = 4.0 [1.9, 8.6]), p = 4.1 × 10 −4 ), all strokes combined (OR [95% CI] = 1.9 [1.1, 3.5], p = 0.031), hypertension (ICD 10 code I10) (OR [95% CI] = 1.5 [1.1, 2.2], p = 0.019), and recurrent major depression (OR [95% CI] = 3.2 [1.5, 6.8], p = 0.0031) (Supplementary Data 2 ).
Comparing those fractions between IPs carried out with anti-ADF-1 or with unspecific IgG revealed highly significant enrichments of anti-ADF-1 immunoprecipitated DNA for embryo, adult female and adult male (Wilcoxon rank sum tests: P < 0.00042 each).
Logistic regression revealed a significant trend of decreasing GD risk from the first (Q1) to the third (Q3) quintiles of indirect bilirubin levels, with ORs of 0.928 (95% CI 0.887 to 0.969, p=4.20×10−4) for Q2 and 0.945 (95% CI 0.900 to 0.990, p=1.87×10−2) for Q3 compared with Q1.
Maximal abdominal pain was also an independent and highly significant predictor for the number of examinations (IRR 1.16, P = 4.2 × 10 –4 for UC; IRR 1.29, P = 1.8 × 10 –18 for CD; Additional file 1 : Table S3).
The difference between the two treatments was highly significant [χ 2 20°/30°C (1) = 12.43; p = 4.2E‐4] (Figure 5 ). 3.4.
In contrast, QI‐D5, although statistically significant, showed a decreasing trend, with an OR of 0.83 (95% CI 0.74–0.92, p = 4.2 × 10 −4 ), and the QI decreased from 2.1% to 0.9%. 4.
As you can see, the data conform quite well to this prediction: The correlation between observed and predicted is highly significant ( r = 0.812, p = 0.00042).
This gene was recently identified as nominally significant (genome wide p = 4.2 × 10 –4 ) in a study investigating the role of recessive variants in DD 13 , although more data are required to be confident of its association to DD.
Overall, the differences at PO3M were smaller than the highly significant differences observed between Pre and PO1M ( p = 0.00042 in Ankle; p = 0.000006 in MTP; p = 0.0000051 in Toe). 4.
The change in spike rate between positive and negative bundle positions was highly significant ( Fig. 7 C ; P = 4.2 × 10 −4 ), which indicates that hair bundle deflection modulates the firing rate in dimorphic calyx terminals.
