Quantifying the relative F-actin intensity in the delaminated epithelia of both Lgl-KD (N = 13 invasive multilayers from 10 total egg chambers) and Lgl-KD+Keap1-OE (N = 18) egg chambers at midoogenesis revealed (1) an increase in F-actin enrichment in the multilayered epithelia compared to the monolayer and (2) a highly significant (p = 0.00053) enhancement of F-actin intensity in the Lgl-KD+Keap1-OE multilayers compared with those in Lgl-KD ( Figure 6D ).

The Wilcoxon rank-sum test revealed highly significant differences between the distributions of between-class and within-class correlations ( p = 5.36 × 10 −4 ), confirming that samples from the same disease state exhibit systematically higher correlations than samples from different disease states.
Strains with transposon insertions in agrA , agrC , and ausA showed a highly significant reduction in PI uptake AUC (adjusted p = 5.4 × 10 −4 , Wilcoxon rank-sum test), confirming their reported roles in affecting bacterial cytotoxicity and validating our convergence analysis ( Figure 5F ; Blättner et al., 2016 ; Das et al., 2016 ; Laabei et al., 2021 ; Mairpady Shambat et al., 2016 ).

We further estimate gene-based noncoding DNMs by segment-based test in the intergenic region, and only CSMD1 reached statistically significant ( p = 2.79 × 10 −7 ) in SPARK and marginally significant ( p = 5.47 × 10 −4 ) in SSC ( Table S8 ).
Decreases in high-dose treated verses mock-treated mice were most pronounced and highly significant in the thalamus ( p = 0.000557 by a 2 sample t -test); no significant differences in staining were seen amongst groups in the hippocampus ( p = 0.825 for the high-dose group compared to the mock treated group and p = 0.839 for the low-dose group compared to the mock treated group, again with a 2 sample t -test).
Cox regression analysis confirmed this observation: For the surrogate marker-based classification, the log-rank test was highly significant (OS: p = 0.00056, PFS: p = 0.00067), and the hazard ratios for POLE and p53abn versus NSMP groups were very low and high, respectively, for both, OS and PFS (Table 4 ).
Interestingly, histone concentrations, and thus cellularity, increased from the inner to the outer compartments of the disc, and showed a highly significant decrease in aged discs compared to young discs across all compartments ( Figure 1J , Wilcoxon p=5.6 × 10 −4 ; Figure 1—figure supplement 4B ).
This difference between the homozygous and control cells was highly significant (p values = 5.6 × 10 −4 and 1.7 × 10 −7 for 1401 and 1402, respectively; Wilcoxon test).
There were some other nominally significant associations in the intergenic region telomeric to the ACRV1 gene (all p ≥5.6x10 -4 ).

Despite overall similar buprenorphine dosage, we found a highly significant correlation between cannabis use and serum buprenorphine level ( p = 0.000563).
Preliminary examination revealed a nominally significant relationship (B = −0.122, t = −1.91, p = 0.057−2 tailed) in this study, following apriori hypothesis of an association of GARS and ASI predictability of risk in which a one-tailed analysis revealed (P=0.028) for the drug severity (greater than four alleles predicted unspecified drug severity risk).
Preliminary examination revealed a nominally significant relationship (B=−0.122, t=−1.91, p=0.057 −2 tailed) in this study, following a priori hypothesis of an association of GARS and ASI predictability of risk in which a one-tailed analysis revealed (P=0.028) for the drug severity.
Co-expression with the β1 subunit consistently increased the mean peak currents, and this was highly significant overall (P = 0.00057, 2-Way ANOVA), with no significant differences between the current densities driven by splicing (P = 0.20 all 4 variants, 2-Way ANOVA).
Despite its irregularity the overall trend in death rate showed an increasing trend over the study years (Trend χ 2 = 11.86; P = 0.00057) (Table 2 ).
Similarly, immunolabeling also revealed a highly significant increase in the GABAA‐α1 signal in GPi neurons at 18 months ( p = .00057), consistent with our SP immunolabeling data showing an abnormality in SP+ terminals in GPi at 18 months (Figure 12 ), and ISHH showed a trend in the same direction for GABAA‐α1 signal in GPi neurons ( p = .12720).
