However, drawing strong conclusions from the results and the provided p-values is overly optimistic, as the differences in p-values were very slight and almost insignificant when evaluating the total stress-related behaviours (P <0.001 for treatment group, and P = 0.078 for control group) (Gilbert-Gregory et al., 2016).
Statistical significance was defined as follows: P < 0.05, significant; P < 0.01, highly significant; P < 0.001, very highly significant; and P < 0.0001, extremely highly significant.

It showed that feces COX-2 mRNA is expressed in CRC, colorectal adenomas, and normal control group, which showed an increasing trend; the difference was statistically significant (χ 2 = 13.842, P = 0.001) [ Table 1 ].
There was a significant trend toward overall increased frequency of complications with increasing severity of AKI (no-AKI, 4.2%; stage 1 AKI, 28.6%; stages 2 and 3 AKI, 71.4%; P < 0.001) ( Table 2 and Figure 1 ).
The pseudo R 2 value of 0.08 indicates that 8% of the variations in common bean use are explained by the independent variables included in the regression model, while the Chi-square value of 37.94 is likely highly significant ( p < 0.001), suggesting a strong explanatory power of the model.
The group × time interactions (G × T) were highly significant ( p < 0.001, η 2 = 0.418) for alkanes, cycloalkanes, and most phthalates, indicating differential temporal accumulation patterns between the groups.
The data obtained provide evidence that the average inhibition of H 2 O 2 -initiated ROS accumulation by preincubation with 100 μM and 100 nM α-T for 18 h was 75.9% ± 3.1% and 54.8% ± 7.1%, respectively; the antioxidative effect of micromolar and nanomolar α-T was highly significant ( p < 0.001 and p < 0.01, respectively), the effect of 100 μM α-T being more pronounced than the effect of 100 nM α-T under the experimental conditions used ( p < 0.05, n = 4).
There was an increasing trend in solid tumors (80.6% vs. 70.7%, p < 0.001).
This difference was not significant in Site 1 (two-way MANOVA, P > 0.05) but was highly significant in Sites 2 and 3 (two-way MANOVA, P < 0.001 in both sites).
However, we observed a highly significant difference in the duration of the experiment after controlling for age (ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 9.489, p < .001, mean 2-AFC = 206.20 sec, mean 4-AFC = 135.37 sec, Fig 8 ), indicating completing 30 trials in a 4-AFC task takes considerably less time than completing 60 trials in a 2-AFC task even though the average trial duration in the 4-AFC was significantly longer than in the 2-AFC experiment (mean 2-AFC = 3.44 sec, mean 4-AFC = 4.51 sec, ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 4.682, p = .01).
However, the difference in severe ADEs in the FQ vs non-FQ group did not reach statistical significance; however, the overall rate of nonsevere ADEs in FQ compared with non-FQ regimens was 43.3% vs 6.1% ( P < .001).
The variable ‘network size’ is highly significant and positive (p<0.001), which shows that building larger networks is not a successful strategy and at the same time supports our assumption that the right network configuration is essential for success.
Among all investigated factors, age group showed a highly significant global effect ( p < 0.001) and a significant interaction with time (pint < 0.001), as shown in Figure 3 A.
The mean SWE values demonstrated a highly significant progressive increase across the groups ( P < 0.001) ( Table 1 , Figure 1 ).
The genotypic effect was highly significant (P < 0.001) for each trait and explained a percentage of phenotypic variance between 2.6% (harvest index) and 12.6% (dry matter content).
Although ADAS‐Cog scores in the metformin group improved from 16.9 ± 6.1 at baseline to 11.9 ± 3.7 at the 1‐year endpoint ( p < 0.001), the difference between the two treatment arms was highly significant ( p < 0.001), as no comparable benefit was observed in the acarbose–donepezil group (17.0 ± 5.9 to 15.9 ± 3.9, p = 0.295). 15 Daphnetin is a natural coumarin derivative with multiple pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, and anti‐apoptotic effects. 16 It provides “triple protection” for the blood, vascular endothelium, and ischemic tissues by inhibiting inflammation, anticoagulation, and thrombosis; preserving endothelial integrity; and regulating vasoactive substances.
