Since the relationship between perceived control and mortality in Russia differed from the Czech and Polish cohorts (in which the associations were similar), with highly significant interaction term in men (p<0.001), we were unable to pool the data from all three cohorts but we could combine the Polish and Czech data.
Excerpts
Comparing EMGmax values within the BS group between time-points showed a highly significant decrease ( p ≤ 0.001) in EMGmax values on follow-up weeks 2, 11, 16, and 18 compared to the values before the BoNT-A injection ( Table 3 ).
Patients with high serum CRP level showed a significant trend toward worse RFS compared to the RFS of patients with low serum CRP levels ( P < 0.001, Kaplan-Meier Method) (Fig. 2b ).
The statistical tests for net drift ( Supplementary Table S6 ) were highly significant ( p < 0.001) for all three measures, confirming a real decreasing trend in TTH burden globally.
An independent‐samples t test indicated that this difference was highly significant, t (40.37) = 3.53, p = .001, d = 1.11 (correcting degrees of freedom to account for unequal variance between groups).
However, with the progression of pregnancy there was steady decline in maternal urinary iodine status and increase in deficiency status and the observed difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001).
By contrast, and consistent with what has been described previously ( Bloodgood et al., 2013 ), we detected a highly significant NPAS4-dependent increase in somatic inhibitory synapses in tissue from mice housed in EE ( Figure 1E and F ; WT: 277.3 ± 14.2 AU, KO: 209.4 ± 6.8 AU, p<0.001, two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc test).
Critical for our hypothesis, the two-way interaction between Valency and N − 1 Valency was also highly significant, F (1, 25,267) = 42.1, p < .001.
Over 2000–2021, ice discharge in this sector shows a statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001) negative trend while OTF shows a statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001) positive trend until 2019 (Fig. 3 b).
A highly significant difference ( p < 0.001) was present between the mean MPV values of these two subgroups: 7.63 ± 1.27 (SD) in the infected group compared to 8.82 ± 1.67 (SD) in those without infectious gangrene.
However, this only occurred when aphids were absent, leading to a highly significant interaction term between inductions and aphids (F 3,298 = 11.67, p < 0.001).
This is evidenced by the highly significant F-values (p<0.001) in the repeated measures ANOVA for the experimental group across all domains.
This difference was apparent at discharge and appeared to be caused by access site bleedings (0.9 vs. 0.1%, p < 0.001).
In the GCF samples of periodontitis patients, the level of miR-205-5p revealed a decreasing trend, contrary to the trend of NEAT1 ( Fig. 4 C, P < 0.001).
The difference was perceived as statistically non-significant (ns), significant (*) at p < 0.05, highly significant (**) at p < 0.01, and extremely significant (***) at p < 0.001 and (****) p < 0.0001. 3.
The highly significant intercept [F (1, 755) = 11,920.173, p < .001] denotes a substantial baseline level of PI across all groups. “Event” significantly affects PI [F (2, 755) = 35.880, p < .001], and “Nationality” also shows a significant main effect [F (2, 755) = 11.362, p < .001], revealing variations in PI scores based on “Nationality.” Further investigation into PI uncovered a significant interaction between “Event” and “Nationality” [F (4, 755) = 4.125, p = .003].
As for DEXA parameters ( Figure 1 , Table II ), highly significant changes ( p < 0.001) were observed for FMI, 19.5 ±4.7 vs. 12.1 ±3.7 kg/m 2 , Est VAT, 235.8 ±70.0 vs. 126.5 ±50.4 cm 2 , LMI 22.1 ±2.4 vs. 18.1 ±2.3 kg/m 2 , ALMI 9.7 ±1.3 vs. 7.7 ±1.1 kg/m 2 , BMC 1.22 ±0.1 vs. 1.12 ±0.1 kg, Z score – for age under 50 (2.32 vs. 0.96) and T score – for age above 50 (0.58 vs. –0.58).
Simultaneously, we observed a strong and highly significant increase in plasma free fatty acid (FFA) levels in the ANP-treated group over time (300.51 ± 105.12 μmol/l at 0 min vs. 588.13 ± 198.37 μmol/l at 135 min, p < 0.001), indicative of activation of lipolysis, confirming previous work ( 1 , 8 , 10 , 13 ).
However, the robustness of our primary conclusions is supported by the following: (1) the improvements in all primary patient-reported outcome measures (Lysholm, IKDC, KOOS, Tegner) and key radiographic alignment parameters (HKA, MPTA) were highly significant (all P < 0.001); (2) even under the most conservative Bonferroni correction for the 9 primary comparisons in Table 2 (adjusted α = 0.05/9 ≈ 0.0056), these improvements remain statistically significant.
Experiment 2 Effects of the Time Setting on the Resemblance to a Smiling Face A one-way repeated measures ANOVA with TIME (10:10/11:30/8:20) as within-subject factor and RESEMBLANCE TO A SMILING FACE as dependent variable revealed a highly significant main effect for TIME ( F 2,22 = 155.249, P < 0.001, η 2 = 0.876).

A highly significant p-value (χ2=26.269, p≤0.001) suggests a strong association between fetal maturity and levels of perceived social support.
