This difference between the two groups was highly significant with P < 0.001.
In phase 1, the assumption of homogeneity of variances was breached (F = 10.094, p = 0.002), and the modified t -test revealed a highly significant disparity, t(66.547) = 4.256, p < 0.001, with a mean difference of 166.76 (95% CI: 88.53 to 244.98).
The intragroup difference in Group A and Group B was statistically highly significant ( P < 0.001) at 1 month and 3 months of follow-up from baseline as well as between 1 month and 3 months, but the intergroup difference between both the groups was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05) at the three time intervals.
Incubations with any concentration of LD fucoidan tested resulted in a highly significant protection of cell viability (all p < 0.001) (1 μg/mL 83.25 ± 3.60%; 10 μg/mL 101.75 ± 4.71%; 50 μg/mL 100.88 ± 5.51%; 100 μg/mL 92.75 ± 7.03%) ( Figure 2 b).
The serum levels of ALT and AST enzymes showed a highly significant (P value < 0.001) elevation in positive HCMV DNA than in negative subjects, thus suggesting a role of HCMV in liver pathogenesis and support the results of Razonable et al., [ 26 ].
Both stress-only (S) and ALLO-only (A) groups showed highly significant reductions in CA1 BDNF protein levels compared to controls ( p < 0.001), ( Figure 1 , bottom, left panel).
Results and discussion A significant improvement in EWSE Following the 15-week teaching intervention, students’ overall writing self-efficacy significantly increased (M = 2.75, SD = 0.79) compared to pretest levels (M = 1.56, SD = 0.33), with a highly significant difference, t (19) = 8.32, p < 0.001.
Among the analyzed metabolites, ten were highly significant ( p < 0.001, Table 2 ) while 38 showed significant differences ( p < 0.05).
There was no significant correlation between incisal bite force and overjet or overbite, but there was a highly significant difference (p < 0.001) between the males and females for maximum bite force at intercuspal position, with males biting harder than the females.
Student’s t -test or one-way analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test was used for analysis, p < 0.05 (*) was considered significant, p < 0.01 (**) was considered highly significant, and p < 0.001 (***) was very highly significant.
The analysis was highly significant ( p < 0.001), with an AUC of 0.739 (95% CI: 0.651–0.827).
Au-GSH NP Treatment Increases Expression of A2M Protein in Canine OSA Cells Simple Western analysis revealed a highly significant increase in A2M expression in OSCA-8 cells ( p ≤ 0.001) and a significant increase in OSCA-32 cells ( p ≤ 0.05) following treatment with Au-GSH NPs, as compared to the non-treated groups ( Figure 7 ). 2.5.
Laboratory parameters showed several notable differences among groups, with some biomarkers showing highly significant variations ( p < 0.001).
Highly significant enriched GO terms (adjusted p-value < 10 −3 ) are annotated.
ANOVA found a highly significant difference in the inhibition rates of the extracts and eserine [ F (5, 12) = 3,414.51, p < 0.001].
CO 2 emission in the form of ecosystem respiration (R eco ) increased exponentially as ST increased; ST-R eco relationship followed an exponential function and was highly significant ( p < 0.001) and positive with R 2 values of 0.68, 0.63, 0.80 and 0.80 respectively in CT, CTS, NT and NTS while SWC-R eco relationship was best described by a power function and also showed highly significant ( p < 0.001) positive correlations with R 2 values of 0.06, 0.10, 0.14 and 0.07 respectively in CT, CTS, NT and NTS.
For phase-correlation-based FC, the results showed that the edge similarity was highly significant (well above the 99.9% confidence intervals of the surrogate data, corresponding to uncorrected p < 0.001) between avalanche propagation at three SD s and phase synchronization.
In contrast, these associations were markedly attenuated in IL skin, where the correlations between CYP27B1 and the same genes were weaker or only partially significant: CTNNA1 (r = 0.76, p < 0.001), CDH1 (r = 0.30, p = 0.181), and TJP1 (r = 0.59, p = 0.005). 2.4.
