The incidence of moderate dysplasia or worse in groups A-C showed a decreasing trend (P=0.059, one-way ANOVA) from the 4NQO-exposed group (64.0%) to the free-SAB-treated (45.5%) and nano-SAB-treated (36.3%) groups.
