Despite a numerical trend, statistical significance was not confirmed for Lp(a) levels in relation to MADS2-CVD or MADS2-PVD scores.

It is important to note that while there appears to be a numerical trend suggesting a slightly elevated per‐eye risk in bilateral surgery compared with unilateral surgery, this meta‐analysis did not find sufficient evidence to conclude a statistically significant independent additional risk beyond simply having twice as many eyes at risk.

Besides the bias towards a lower real-time CO, real-time measurements showed a numerical trend towards a better agreement with the reference standard compared to the other CMR techniques.

However, there was a numerical trend towards a higher prevalence of acute heart failure in patients with ODPs, so we have to consider the possibility that this study missed an association between acute heart failure and ODPs due to the limited sample size.

In exploratory multivariate analysis, Pembrolizumab treatment showed a numerical trend toward improved survival compared to other PD-1 inhibitors.

The predictive performance of the continuous CTS5 could not be confirmed on the relative scale (interaction p-value 0.47), although there was a numerical trend favoring additional five years of ET in patients with higher CTS5 values.

Additionally, there was a numerical trend toward reduced protein and energy retention at the highest SCP inclusion and this effect was significant in the second experiment.

Subgroup analysis showed a numerical trend towards higher pCR rates for patients with HER2-negative breast cancer in both HR-positive and HR-negative cohorts, but these differences were not statistically significant.

The results for the two RWSs [ 1 , 33 ] with BCVA change measured at 6 months showed a numerical trend of higher improvement for aflibercept compared with ranibizumab, but the difference was not statistically significant ( n = 84, MD 5.09, 95% CI − 16.19 to 26.37, P = 0.64) (Fig. 2 ), similar to the subgroup of patients with non-ischemic CRVO (Supplementary Materials Table S10 ).

There were also imbalances in the two cohorts (e.g., a numerical trend for more patients that had received ponatinib and more TKI, or were resistant vs . intolerant in the bosutinib cohort).

A numerical trend is observed on the metabolic activity of host cells exposed to pBD-5 (Fig. 5 b).

However, the worm tray showed a numerical trend (Fig. 4 ).

30 Emicizumab injection site might have played a role, because during the first 5 weekly administrations in HAVEN 7 when emicizumab injection sites were recorded, 80% of administrations were in the thigh, and a numerical trend for higher exposure after thigh injection than after abdomen or upper arm has been observed in a study of the relative bioavailability of emicizumab across injection sites. 39 In contrast to the higher exposure, analysis of coagulation biomarkers in HAVEN 7 indicates that, at the same emicizumab concentration, TG and FVIII-like activity are somewhat lower in infants than in older populations 40 ; therefore, the hemostatic effect of emicizumab is expected to be correspondingly lower.

There was no main effect of concept type (abstract versus concrete) on iOS values, with only a numerical trend for abstract concepts leading to lower iOS scores (logit coefficient = −0.20, SE = 0.5, 95 % CrI [−1.18, +0.80]).

30 In our study of mostly European, HBV genotype A/D, long-term virologically suppressed, HBeAg-negative patients, we observed no association between EOT anti-HBc IgG levels and “milder” HBV DNA relapse, a numerical trend with biochemical flares of any type and, for the first time, demonstrated that severity of off-treatment virologic relapse and biochemical flare is significantly associated with low EOT anti-HBc IgG levels and low but detectable HBcrAg levels.

However, a numerical trend towards better results was observed in tumors with >30% cells stained than tumors with ≤30% staining [ 2 ].

There was a numerical trend for the daily pasture allowance (kg of DM/ha) to be reduced with the increase in experiment duration when cows grazed from mid-January to mid-March, and the highest allowance during the first grazing period reflects the lack of pasture mowing before the start of the experiment ( Figure 3 ).
