In both cases, time at 8°C, brood number and the interaction between these variables were highly significant ( P <0.0005), but reproductive output did not differ significantly between flies kept with or without food (2–14 d; P = 0.6) or housed in different kinds of vials with food (0–20 d; P = 0.3), and there were no significant interactions between housing conditions and the other variables.

Mean v1.0 scores for these successful vs unsuccessful quitters displayed highly significant differences (p = 0.0005, one tailed t test) ( Fig 1 ).The quit success scores were significantly higher in the successful quitters than in the matched comparison group of nonquitters in ways that were not readily explained by several other comparisons ( Supplementary analysis E ).
Non-parametric Kruskal–Wallis test shows a highly significant difference between the groups for all of the continuous outcome variables ( p <0.0005).
These differences across the genotypes (SI/SI and SC/SC) for number of days to germinate and percent germination were highly significant (Kruskal–Wallis, P ≤ 0.0005 for both).
For MCP 0 in the sMRI‐sFNC pair, all of the comparisons are highly significant compared to the other clusters: MCP 1 ( p < 0.0005) and MCP 2 ( p < 0.0005).
The difference in TMS and TLS between two groups was also highly significant with P < 0.0005 [ Table 3 ].
For this group, Bartlett’s test indicated the adequacy of the data to apply FA with a p -value highly significant ( p < 0.0005), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis H0: The correlation matrix is equal to the identity matrix.
Although we did not look at the ratio of plasma tryptophan to other large neutral amino acids, the differences between total blood plasma tryptophan levels with (5–8 μmol/L) and without (51–182 μmol/L) ATD were highly significant ( p < 0.0005, Wilcoxon rank-sum test).
Reward probability, reward magnitude and their interaction each had a highly significant influence on subject choices (one-sample T-test on regression coefficients, all T(17)>4.6, all p <0.0005), but importantly there was no significant difference in these influences between the two types of trial (paired T-test on regression coefficients between trial types, all |T(17)|<1.52, all p >0.14).
GSH was proven to enhance the sensitivities of the bare SPCEs towards Cd 2+ statistically at a highly significant level ( p = 0.0005). 33 Intriguingly, however, the sensitivities to Pb 2+ and Cu 2+ did not show any significant difference.
We correlated the tdTomato/YFP ratios with survival time and noticed that infected cells with a shorter survival time tended to be cells with a low ratio of tdTomato/YFP expression (Figure 6 B), and Spearman test resulted in a highly significant correlation index (r = 0.28, p = 0.0005), arguing that LSEC-uniLT that expressed relatively more YFP than tdTomato lysed earlier than cells that expressed more tdTomato.
These differences were highly significant (paired t-test, p < 0.0005 for both comparisons).
The difference between these two centres was highly significant ( t =4.0, P <0.0005, CI: 2.98–9.02).
PERMANOVA comparisons between each plant-based analogue subcategory and its animal-based reference counterpart revealed highly significant differences across all categories ( p ≤ 0.0005). 3.3.
This relationship was also highly significant ( χ 2 = 34.61, P < 0.0005).
The main effect of Cuing was highly significant (F2,77 = 365.96, p<.0005, E = .91) and a significant Cuing by Group interaction indicated that the cuing effects were different for ROP and HC (F2,77 = 5.036, p<.009, E = .116).
A comparable outcome was observed with this much more inclusive glaucomatous population, with a highly significant negative correlation again arising between Lc (x: range, 92–170 ms) and Hc (y: range, 87–159 ms) latency values ( Fig. 4 ; y = −0.20x + 141.8; R = 0.20, P = 0.0005).
Considering the influence of drinking water source, reduction in Campylobacter occurrence for using tube-well water in comparison to river water was observed to be highly significant (p < 0.0005) in cloacal swab samples and significant (p < 0.005) in egg surface swab and drinking water samples but insignificant for soil samples (Fig. 4 B).
Across all species, mean environmental preferences also appear to change significantly between time bins along both NMDS coordinates ( Figure 4g ), with ANOVA results showing highly significant (p < 0.0005) Mann–Whitney pairwise differences in both NMDS values among all time bins with the exception the Wasatchian 0 and 1/2 time bins, which could be differentiated along NMDS coordinate 1, but not along NMDS coordinate 2 ( p = 0.6636); these trends appear the same when means for each time bin are calculated only from taxa whose first occurrences fall within that time bin ( Figure 4i – j ).
The results of this comparison, shown in Figure 3 , indicate a highly significant correlation (lesions per base: model = 0.9006 × [ΔΔ C t ] + 0.73; r = 0.89, P < 0.0005).
Nevertheless, the difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0005) at all the time points.
