Comparison of the WP and ACRG subclusters revealed that 67.39% (31/46) of MSS/EMT patients corresponded to the EMT cluster, whereas 73.42% (58/79) of MSS/TP53+ patients associated with the metabolism cluster, contributing to a highly significant statistical correlation between WP subclassification and ACRG subtyping ( P = 4.6 × 10 −19 ) (Tables S4 and S5 , Fig. 3A,B ).
