Higher competence thwarting contributed to increased emotional exhaustion for Chinese literature teachers (β = 0.15, t = 2.23, p = .026) and EFL teachers (β = 0.50, t = 2.65, p = .008), with marginal significance for mathematics teachers (β = 0.13, t = 1.77, p = .077).

As for ERP-behavior correlations with RTs, a greater Incongruent-Neutral N2 modulation in OAs was correlated with a greater Incongruent-Neutral Flanker effect in RTs ( r = 0.289, p = 0.038), whereas this did not reach significance in YAs ( r = 0.008, p = 0.957), with the difference in correlations between age groups reaching marginal significance ( z = –1.43, p = 0.077).

The Child Pugh score was not statistically different between the RT and non-RT groups, although there was marginal significance ( P = 0.077).

The proportion of cases with incision within 30 min increased from 14.3% at baseline to 10.7% at midline and 37.5% at endline, with marginal significance between baseline and endline ( p = 0.077).

However, when completing an independent samples t -test of the liberal condition compared to all other conditions, there was marginal significance, t (451) = -1.78, p = .077.

Erlotinib treatment of PCLS from CDAHFD-induced mouse cirrhotic livers for 72 hours significantly suppressed the expression of the profibrogenic genes Il6 , Col1a1 , and Timp1 (Figures 2 A, B) and suppressed Acta2 (also named αSMA ) expression with marginal significance ( p = 0.0777).

For the globus pallidus, the left-side volume was larger in the SPE(+) group than in the SPE(−) group at a marginal significance level ( p = 0.078–0.080, Models 2–4), although there was no significant group difference in the right-side volume.

Although no significance was found, the difference in overall survival reached marginal significance ( P =0.078).

The details are as follows: Among the 26 efficacy indicators, 10 showed statistically significant differences ( P ≤ .078), of which 8 were significantly different ( P ≤ .019) and 2 showed marginal significance ( P = .078, 0.093).

The patients also demonstrated significant differences in total IgE levels as compared to the controls (Table 1 ). Although there was substantial neurite outgrowth following preincubation with all percentages of horse serum (including 0%), there was more variability when using lower percentages (i.e., 0, 2.5 and 5%), and while the higher percentages (i.e., 10 and 15%) did seem to foster slightly more neurite outgrowth, there was at best marginal significance, with the comparison of 5 versus 10% horse serum preincubation coming the closest to achieving statistical significance (p = 0.078).

A simple-effect analysis revealed that: (1) when no noise was present, the AULCSF was largest in TE, followed by GE and BE (all, p < 0.05); (2) when low noise was present, the AULCSF was also largest in TE, followed by GE and in BE (all, p < 0.05); (3) when high noise was present, only the difference in the AULCSF between TE and BE reached marginal significance ( p = 0.078).

The same cutoff value could discriminate those with early systemic metastasis from those without with marginal significance in patients with resected pT3 pancreatic cancer (p=0.078).

Chi-square test showed that tumors originating from a major nerve significantly correlated with a postoperative neurological deficit (p = 0.033) and logistic analysis showed that those showed marginal significance to produce it (p = 0.078) (Table 1 e).

Mechanical valves were used in approximately 27% to 33% of cases, and the proportion of mechanical valve use showed a tendency to decrease, with marginal significance overall (p=0.078) and significant decreases in patients less than 60 years of age and in men (p=0.013 and p=0.023, respectively).

Surgery with CTx and CRT showed association with superior OS (p < 0.05), and surgery with RT had marginal significance (p=0.078).

The number of positive margins was similar between FSD and PSD, but the number of negative margins increased and that of borderline decreased in PSD with marginal significance ( P = 0.078) (Table 2 ) (Figure 2A and B).

By contrast, upon awakening, the relative delta power increased with marginal significance in O2 ( χ 2 = 9.1, with post hoc FDR-corrected p = 0.078 for Pre–A3, A1–A2 and A2–A3), and FC5 ( χ 2 = 8.3, with post hoc tests of p > 0.195, FDR-corrected), indicating the extended sleepiness even after awakening.

A marginal significance was found for relapse (p = 0.078) and metastasis site (p = 0.061) with phosphorylated protein expression in LMS samples ( Table 2 ).

For the classification of the infarction extent of ischemic core ≥ 70 ml, the wHU-ASPECTS on NCCT showed the area under the curve (AUC) of 0.891 ( P < 0.001; sensitivity 93.75%, specificity 81.58%), higher than automated NCCT-ASPECTS (AUC = 0.817, P < 0.001; sensitivity 62.5%, specificity 84.21%), with a marginal significance according to DeLong’s test analysis ( P = 0.079); the wHU-ASPECTS based on CTA source images showed the AUC of 0.867 ( P < 0.001; sensitivity 72.22%, specificity 87.8%), higher than automated CTA-ASPECTS (AUC = 0.799, P < 0.001; sensitivity 66.67%, specificity 95.12%), but the difference did not reach statistical significance according to DeLong’s test analysis ( P = 0.373) ( Table 3 and Figure 4 ).

For the remainder of candidate genes studied in European Caucasian subjects, we only observed significant association for ARRB2 with low maximum pain phenotype (P=0.026) and marginal significance of OPRM1 (P=0.079) and COMT (P=0.057) with total morphine sulfate dose.

The IEs for F tended to be larger than the IEs for H, but with just marginal significance for young adults ( p = 0.079) and failing statistical significance ( p = 0.323) for middle-age adults.

Another study hinted at a potential benefit of CH on ICI treatment outcomes, as measured by PFS, but the sample size was small (n=115 ICI+chemotherapy-treated) and the association signal was of only marginal significance (p=0.079). 24 Comparisons between this study and ours are further complicated by differing cancer types (pancreatic vs NSCLC in our study) and ICI treatment drugs (anti-CTLA4 vs anti-PD-L1 in our study).

This difference was somewhat smaller in magnitude and reached marginal significance (OR = 0.44, 95% CI [0.18, 1.10], p = 0.079).

A significant positive correlation was found with APP expression (p = 0.004) and a marginal significance for Ki67 (p = 0.079) ( Table 1 ).
