Our results remained qualitatively and in terms of significance consistent between the models using different trees, except for one polygamy frequency bivariate model with breeding density as a predictor, where we observed a marginally nonsignificant effect instead of a significant effect when using the supertree instead of the consensus tree in the PGLS model: effect of breeding density, estimate −0.23 ± 0.11, P = 0.09, λ = 0.67, R 2 = 0.05).

The association with FPPH became marginally nonsignificant when including the time‐varying covariates (−267.7 per 100 000; 95% CI: −562.6‐27.1).
Careful examination of PCO (Figure 3 b; 60.1% variation explained), MDS (not shown), and PERMDISP ( F 2,69 = 2.91, p = .072, deviation from centroid; “0%”: 31.0 ± 1.7, “50%”: 28.1 ± 1.4, “100%”: 26.2 ± 1.1) suggests that these differences may partly be explained by the homogenization of community structure with increased turf density (i.e., marginally nonsignificant reduction of multivariate dispersion). 3.4 Prevalence of habitat formation in shaping associated assemblages The total SF volume did not influence MF, but ecospace (i.e., interstitial volume created among SF) had a significant effect on richness, abundances, and community structure of MF (Table 2 ).
However, the association between apoB ( P trend = 0.06) or the apoB-to-apoAI ratio ( P trend = 0.05) and diabetic retinopathy severity became marginally nonsignificant (Supplementary Table A2).

Interestingly, although marginally nonsignificant with a p-value of 0.064, given a Native American local ancestry at the region, the minor allele has a negative effect for the trait (DBP is estimated to be 7% lower per minor allele carried at the marker with e -0.069 ≈0.93).
We did see worse overall survival in males than in females, although this was marginally nonsignificant.
We found that males appeared to be more likely to stay if a related male was present at group entry compared to males who did not have a male relative upon entry into a group (GLMM, N = 18 without related males, 66% stayed for a year, N = 17 with related males, 94% stayed for a year, χ 2 ML : P = 0.060, Table 2 ), although this was marginally nonsignificant.

Naïve T cells showed a positive, albeit marginally nonsignificant, correlated with B cells, (R = 0.34, FDR = 0.063), consistent with findings from Peng et al., where TCF7 + naïve T cells localized in and around tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) composed of CD20 + B cells 26 .
