While decision aid quality, as measured by the IPDASi probabilities dimension, may increase the effects of decision aids, this finding is of borderline significance and requires further analysis with data from additional studies.

Formally, the estimated risk differences for the <50 copies/ml cut-off indicated in both the intention to treat and per protocol analysis a higher risk difference for failure in patients with PI/r monotherapy that was of borderline significance whereas the corresponding relative summary estimates were not all statistically significant.

However, this result was of borderline significance and the biological reason why these polymorphisms were more frequently associated with right-sided tumors remains to be clarified in larger patient population.
Urinary BPA level was inversely associated with total T level among males with body max index (BMI) ≥25 kg/m 2 although this association was of borderline significance (aRR = 0.52, 95%CI: 0.26–1.05).

The achieved significance value of P = 0.05 means the results are of borderline significance though we suspect this is due to a reduced sample size in the midazolam group.
In fact, the observed associations are characterized by high uncertainty, with wide confidence intervals; in addition, they are often of borderline significance.
