Divergence emerged over time: at 4 and 5 months the tUS– group showed a trend toward lower DI values compared to tUS+ (p = 0.044 and p = 0.017 uncorrected; Bonferroni-adjusted p = 0.265 and p = 0.101, respectively).

In the stationary pattern condition, post hoc analysis showed a trend toward an increased PPD ratio [uncorrected p = 0.044; corrected p = 0.088], whereas no significant difference was observed in the moving pattern condition (uncorrected p = 0.230; corrected p = 0.460) (Fig. 3 B).

On the other hand, mean pre-treatment HbA 1c was higher in mucinous (5.9% ± 0.4%) compared with non-mucinous (5.7% ± 0.3%, P = 0.007) adenocarcinomas and showed a trend to increasing concentrations from early (5.6%) to both advanced (5.8%, P = 0.044) and metastatic (5.8%, P = 0.020) CRC stages in non-diabetic patients (Anova test: F = 3.9, P = 0.021) (Figure 1 ).

Positive surgical margin rates showed a trend toward improvement over time ( χ 2 = 12.9, df = 6, p = 0.044).

At 10 mo, Rer1 showed a trend towards a significantly reduced expression in 5XFAD female mice (Fig. 5 K) (Genotype: F(1,10) = 5.315, p = 0.044; RGs: F(2,20) = 0.402, p = 0.674; Genotype*RGs: F(2,20) = 0.537, p = 0.593).

D1R-KO mice also showed a trend for lower performance compared to D1R-dWT mice (main effect of animal group, p = 0.045; D1R-KO vs.

A recent meta-analysis, taking into consideration twenty-eight trials enrolling 11,880 patients on DPP-4 inhibitors, showed a trend to reduced risk of fractures (odds ratio [MH-OR] 0.60, 95%CI 0.37–0.99, P = 0.045) in these patients compared to those on placebo [ 325 ].

However, we did not observe a significant prognostic impact of HR FISH as defined by the R2‐ISS classification in NDMM patients, and in RRMM, HR FISH showed a trend toward shorter PFS (median: 6.5 vs. 11.6 months, p = 0.045) and OS (median: 19.7 months vs. not reached, p = 0.11) (Supporting Information S1: Figure S2 ).

In addition, exploratory biomarker analyses, including the assessment of EGFR gene copy number by FISH, EGFR and p-AKT protein expression by IHC, EGFR, K-RAS and D-RAF mutational status, showed a trend towards a better survival outcome for gefitinib in patients with high EGFR-gene-copy number (HR 0.61 for high copy number and HR 1.16 for low copy number, P = .045), while patients with EGFR mutations obtained higher RR than wild-type patients (37.5% versus 2.6%) [ 31 ].

Among females aged 16–18 years, infection was more frequently associated with attending college and rural schools, and showed a trend towards increasing prevalence with increasing social deprivation ( P =0.045).

In contrast, patients with a dilated left atrium (LAVi ≥ 40 mL/m 2 ) showed a trend toward worse outcomes with propafenone, including higher 1-month mortality (HR 3.6, p = 0.045) and slower cardioversion (median 18 h vs. 6.4 h with amiodarone, p = 0.05) ( 56 ).

Analyses on specific metabolizer phenotypes showed a trend for higher frequency of CYP2D6 ultrarapid metabolizers (UMs) in remitters compared with non-remitters in patients with TRD (χ 2 = 4.76, p = 0.045), but not in patients without TRD (χ 2 = 0.02, p = 1.00, Supplementary Table S9 ).

Gender showed a trend toward better OS for females, reaching significance for PnI patients (HR 0.75, p = 0.045), but not for LVI individuals (HR 0.80, p = 0.12).

Further analysis showed a trend towards a higher utilization of non-excisional techniques in males ( p = 0.045) and a significant association between co-morbidities and the use of excisional techniques ( p = 0.049) (Table 1 ).

And the 12-month DoR rate in OG and CG was 50.0% (95% CI: 27.1–69.2%) and 22.2% (95% CI: 3.4–51.3%), which showed a trend toward marginal statistical significance ( χ 2 =4.034, P =0.045).

This analysis revealed that learning-related changes in MT showed a trend toward significant correlation with changes in beta ERD in P-SMC ( β = 0.036, p = 0.045; with all conditions included, β = 0.030, p = 0.089; Fig.

The effect of the global index of myelin content change on EDSS only showed a trend toward statistical significance ( p = 0.045; beta‐coefficient = 0.53; Table 2 ; significance confirmed with ordinal regression: p = 0.04).

Notably, COL9A2 , a chondrogenic cough-associated gene, showed a trend toward downregulation across both comparisons (log 2 FC = −0.65, P = 0.0456; log 2 FC = −0.69, P = 0.0175), suggesting a potential role in structural changes to the extracellular matrix contributing to chronic cough through altered airway mechanics or fibrosis.

Conversely, at a dosage of 21 (range, 20–22) mg/kg/day, the posaconazole concentration showed a trend toward significantly lower concentrations compared to the dosage of 18 (range, 17–19) mg/kg/day (P=0.046, Table 2 ).

The association between GCTTC haplotype non-carriers and advanced tumor size showed a trend towards significance (OR = 0.380, 95% CI: 0.166–0.869, p = 0.046).

2 . Discussion In our study, the high-dose group (0.5–0.9 μg/kg/h) showed a trend of relatively weaker neuroprotective effect compared to the low-dose group (0.1–0.5 μg/kg/h) on postoperative Day 2 ( p = 0.046).

However, although HbA1c showed a trend toward significance ( P = 0.046), but did not meet the Bonferroni-adjusted threshold ( P > 0.025).

Patients treated with cangrelor showed a trend toward higher odds of achieving a discharge with a mRS 0 to 2 (40% versus 26.7%; OR, 2.42 [95% CI, 1–5.78]; P =0.046).

Upper limb tremor severity showed a trend toward higher action tremor in ET-ns ( p = 0.046, rank-biserial correlation = 0.428), but this difference did not survive correction for multiple comparisons ( p_adj (FDR) = 0.098).

Attachment avoidance (AVD) did not significantly modulate theta during Reappraise (ps ≥ 0.19), but showed a trend toward increased theta during Suppress in the mPFC bilaterally (L mPFC: β = 0.139, SE = 0.069, t = 2.00, p = 0.046; R mPFC: β = 0.140, SE = 0.069, t = 2.01, p = 0.045).
