Multivariable Cox Proportional Hazards Regression In multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression analysis adjusting for age, sex, and level of obstruction, secretory obstruction (vs structural obstruction) showed a trend toward lower failure risk in the secretory group compared with the structural group (HR, 0.28; 95% CI, 0.077–1.015; p = 0.053) ( Table 3 ; Supplementary Figure S1 ). 4.
Lymphovascular invasion (LVI) and pN1 showed a trend toward poor DFS (LVI, p=0.053; pN1, p=0.059).
In the glutamine supplemented group, milk glutamate content showed a trend ( P = 0.053) to be higher at 7 days post farrowing than at parturition.
