We note that although the lung bacilli burden between the Mtb control mice and the phage-treated mice was not significant, the P value (0.0565) is very close to significance.

Although we had a lower compliance rate, PE incidence correlated with non-compliance in a very close to significance P value, we can also deem that our prophylaxis program was effective.

We detected two significant SNPs on chromosomes 3 and 12 for lupanine, three significant SNPs on chromosomes 3, 7, and 21 (the latter with a very high association score) for 13α-hydroxylupanine, and two significant SNPs on chromosomes 9 and 21 plus one very close to significance on chromosome 11 for 13α-angeloyloxylupanine (Fig. 4 ).

There were no significant differences in NODDI indices between groups, although the between-group differences involving the vmPFC were very close to significance (Supplemental Table 1 ).
