Conclusions Conceptive uptake at the UCH followed an increasing trend from 2018 to 2022.
Excerpts
Conclusions There was a slightly increasing trend in the number of clients who accessed contraceptive services at the family planning clinic in UCH, Ibadan from 2018 to 2022.
Our results are anticipated to contribute to the understanding of disease risk and may inform future strategies aimed at risk reduction, highly significant for public health.
For boys, however, only family-related HRQoL (1.09 [1.01, 1.18]; p = 0.03) is significant at 5% level, while emotional HRQoL (1.09 [0.995, 1.19], p = 0.067) and self-esteem (1.06 [0.992, 1.14], p = 0.084) show a trend approaching significance.
The individuals with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m 2 had higher odds of not having FV daily (OR 1.31, 95% CI 1.00–1.71) compared to those with BMI ≤ 24.9 kg/m 2 , with marginally significant results.
Additionally, a marginally significant increase in the log-odds of child mortality was noted for children born via caesarean section and those whose mothers had attained only a primary level of education.
5 ): [ 1 ] Risk factors associated with a decreasing trend in the East but not in the West (characterized by higher SEV in the East with a decreasing trend vs. not higher SEV in the West with a decreasing trend): SDI, childhood sexual abuse, diet high in legumes, diet high in red meat, diet high in processed meat and red meat, diet high in sugar-sweetened beverages, residential radon, ambient ozone pollution, non-exclusive breastfeeding, discontinued breastfeeding, vitamin A deficiency [ 2 ].

Results Figure 1 reveals a clear trend that rural-to-urban migrants experience hypertension earlier than their non-migrant counterparts.
However, a slightly significant positive correlation was found between time since insulin use and adherence to adequate practices involving the use of insulin pens.
a negative trendgold
In addition, a negative trend was observed in different HRQoL dimensions with increasing screen time in both boys and girls.
For example, in Sweden, the blood test for phosphatidyl ethanol (PEth), a highly significant and specific marker of alcohol use, is increasingly used as a routine test in primary care for patients with hypertension [ 19 ].
(2016), age, gender, education, and marital status showed a weakly significant association with willingness to trade length of life [ 12 ].
Anxiety associated with reduced odds of vaccination There was some indication that teachers with higher levels of anxiety were less likely to be vaccinated; with the marginally significant effect in Model 2 becoming significant after controlling for gubernatorial party in Model 3.
Female children showed a trend towards higher vitamin D deficiency (OR 1.37, 95% CI 0.91–2.06).
Introduction An increasing trend regarding the frequency of gambling behaviors has been observed all over the world in the last years, which suggests that gambling is becoming a normalized leisure activity [ 1 , 2 ].
Although the R 2 value of the regression model is rather low and the explained variance is limited, the P -value of the regression coefficients are all highly significant at the 1% level, indicating a significant linear correlation between variables.
Although the air pollution-related disease burden of stroke in the population over 50 years of age showed a decreasing trend from 1990 to 2021, it is still very important to urge older people to take personal preventive measures not only against air pollutants but also against other modifiable stroke risk factors [ 24 ].
In Bangladesh, as in other developing countries, there is a significant trend of gender-based discrimination in health-seeking behaviors, with male children generally receiving more care than female children [ 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 ].
In contrast, MH incidence in the high-middle SDI region exhibited an increasing trend, with a net drift of 0.92% per annum (95% UI: 0.18 to 1.67).
These findings suggest that food security did not demonstrate a significant trend in relation to low muscle mass.
Conversely, middle and low-middle SDI regions showed an increasing trend, high SDI regions demonstrated a decreasing trend, and low SDI regions remained relatively stable (Figure S11-S12, Tables S1 - S8 ).
Our analysis of gender differences revealed an interesting trend (Table 4 ): both males and females with MetS or CVD phenotypes experienced an increased risk of CKD compared to the RHC group, females exhibited a slightly lower risk increase for the CVD phenotype specifically.

Uptake in patients with pulmonary comorbidities differed according to the specific comorbidity; however, we did not see a clear trend here.
These sex differences were statistically significant or borderline significant for the frequency items related to partners and parents, and were consistently significant across all items for emotional impact (Table 2 ).
Abstract Background Poor knowledge of smoking-related diseases is a major concern as smoking is associated with an increasing trend in smoking-related illnesses globally and in Malaysia.
