MAS and FMA scores also showed highly significant intergroup differences (p < 0.0001), indicating greater reduction in spasticity and improvement in voluntary motor control with the combined approach.

Private insurance, including health maintenance organizations (HMOs), were the largest payers for this procedure; however, a decreasing trend in DCE covered by private insurance was noticed (50.2% to 47.3%; P < 0.0001).
Similarly, in the present study, both Group A and Group B showed highly significant reductions in pain, with VAS scores at rest and during activity improving markedly (p<0.0001 for both groups).
In contrast, the mean urinary melatonin level was significantly lower in stroke cases (7.18 ± 1.91 ng/mL) than in controls (14.26 ± 1.98 ng/mL), and this difference was very highly significant (t = 19.93, p < 0.0001).
Clustered bivariate analysis ALP elevation is the dominant discriminator of metastatic-burden quartiles; higher categories (≥ 122 U/L and especially ≥ 222 U/L) are markedly over-represented in Q2 and Q3, with highly significant likelihood-ratio (LR) tests (p < 0.0001).
A highly significant heart rate elevation following direct laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation was recorded in all three groups (P <0.0001), but heart rate rise duration was longest in the placebo group and of shortest duration in the clonidine group (Mean HR at 15 minutes: 80.80±15.41 in the placebo vs 65.53±12.43 in clonidine group).
In contrast, the p-value for the chi-square test comparing diabetics and non-diabetics with respect to health conditions was highly significant (p<0.0001), indicating that the difference in the distribution of health conditions between diabetics and non-diabetics was statistically significant.
Figure 1 compares seropositivity rates between RA patients with and without shoulder pain, revealing a highly significant difference (p<0.0001).
The observed difference in mortality between females and males was highly significant (22.2% vs. 8.2%, p=0.0001) (Table 2 ).
An ANOVA test revealed a highly significant difference (p < 0.0001) among the stages, indicating a progressive rise in serum phosphorus levels with advancing CKD.
While the improvement within the SOD group was highly significant (p < 0.0001), the between-group difference (~11%) did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.089), possibly due to limited power and smaller-than-anticipated effect size [ 7 ].
The statistical analysis indicates highly significant results (p-value < 0.0001) for the uncontrolled cases.
In males, the difference was highly significant (547.67 ± 19.77 vs. 449.35 ± 13.34, p < 0.0001), and a comparable trend was observed in females (352 ± 16.73 vs. 316.31 ± 11.22, p < 0.0001).
These findings underscore the substantial impact of the test treatment in promoting hair growth rate, with a highly significant p-value of <0.0001 (Figure 2 ).
The increasing severity of iAEs significantly correlated with the occurrence of >grade II postoperative complications (p-value <0.0001; highly significant) (Table 6 ).
There was a highly significant difference in both mean ADC and mean rADC values between benign and malignant lesions (p < 0.0001 and p = 0.0002, respectively; Student’s t-test).
Caries was more prevalent in adolescents and adults compared to children, with a highly significant difference (p = 0.0001).
In Table 3 , regular alcohol consumption by the spouse was found to have a highly significant association with both psychological violence (p = 0.0001) and physical violence (p = 0.0008).
Results indicated a highly significant main effect of time, F = 96.20, P<0.0001.
The most pronounced differences occurred at 30 minutes, with Group A (4.05 ± 2.98) showing the highest score compared to Group B (2.85 ± 1.29) and Group C (1.05 ± 0.68), all comparisons being highly significant (overall p < 0.0001).
Moreover, the results showed highly significant differences in color stability of the four material groups between and within the two groups (artificial saliva and CS), (p-values <0.0001).
The full model incorporating uric acid, CRP, and PPBS further increased predictive accuracy with R2 = 0.790 and was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
A one-way ANOVA demonstrated a highly significant difference in ALP levels across the four clinical severity grades (F = 399.79, p < 0.0001) (Table 1 ).
A highly significant association between IgG (p = 0.0001) and C3 (p = 0.002) positivity with specific histopathological diagnoses, while IgA showed no significant association (p = 0.987).
The degree of heterogeneity between the studies included in this meta-analysis was highly significant (p < 0.0001), as shown in Table 3 and Figure 2 .
