Our study also found that there is a significant difference in ALT (p=0.04) and a trend towards significance in AST (p=0.07) based on whether the child is obese (Table 2 ).

The subgroup differences approached significance (Q = 3.33, p = 0.07) (Figure 11 ).

HEX was lowest in PACG (42.42 ± 6.70%) and highest in controls (46.48 ± 5.54%), with a significant difference between PACG and controls (P = 0.007); the PACG vs POAG comparison approached significance (P = 0.07).

PHQ-9 scores, which were available for 20 patients, showed a trend toward lower mean scores in the transgender patient group (4.091 vs. 7.091, p = 0.07), although this was not statistically significant (Table 1 ).
