Then, we constructed the heat maps and volcano maps of differentially expressed genes ( Figures 9A, B ) and found that the difference between ANXA3 and SORL1 in the validation set was highly significant.

We found that NAb, RBD and IgG had a consistent trend of change, and the antibody level showed an increasing trend after the first dose, and further increased after the second dose and reached the highest level (peak) one month after the second dose, then slowly decreased.

Interestingly, and in contrast to our expectations, PD-L1 KO mice showed a trend of higher blood parasitemia ( Figure S3B ).

Besides, it was also enriched in Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway, which were closely related to immunity, indicating that there might be significant differences in tumor immune microenvironment between high-risk and low-risk patients ( Figure 5B ).
