All DEGs were visualized using a volcano plot ( Figure 2D ), and it could be seen that there are more downregulated genes with extremely significant adjusted P values and absolute log2FC in comparison with the upregulated ones.
carpio showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing after the challenge; the increase was most obvious on 1 and 3 days, followed by a decrease ( Figure 5C ).
Although there was a weak trend on day 7 that OT-I cells nucleofected using P3 buffer outperformed other groups ( Figure 2B ), none of the nucleofected OT-I cell populations displayed a statistically significant difference from NTC OT-I cells, except that no RNP control in the spleen was slightly less abundant.
The multivariate meta-regression analysis of the above subgroups indicated that only the geographical area was at borderline significance ( P interaction =0.078), suggesting that it may be the source of heterogeneity ( Table 2 ).
Consistently, mitochondrial function did not differ between groups, although there was an increasing trend of mitochondrial gene expression resulting from MAVS loss, which might be transient compensation ( Figure 7D ).
In addition, on 5 days post-infected (dpi), the CD4 + FOXP3 + Tregs of lung and PBMC exhibited an increasing trend in the nonhuman primate model of COVID-19 progression ( 77 ).
The results displayed highly significant differences between the two groups for multiple molecules involved in the pro-inflammatory response, cell recruitment and adhesion to the arterial wall, and vascular remodeling ( Figures 2B, C ; Table S2 ), thus highlighting the unique composition of the EAT in patients with NSTEMI.
The expression levels of those molecules in the above TF–ligand–receptor–TF link were almost significantly positively associated with the CD8+ T exhausted state and the tumor intermediate state ( Figures 6B , S4A,B , Wilcoxon rank-sum test).
Further, the survival plot showed a trend of better EFS in surgical candidates who actually received surgery as subsequent treatment than those who declined surgery regardless of their medical fitness upon preoperative evaluation ( Supplementary Figure 3 ).
Indeed, a slightly significant decrease in TNF concentration was observed: 752 pg/mL instead of 981 pg/mL and 1,111 pg/mL for control without treatment and corundum control (2.5 pg/mL), respectively.
Among clusters (CTL1/2/3/4) of cytotoxic CD4 + TCR-Ts, expression levels of LTA had an increasing trend towards the later stage of CTL clusters ( Figure 4G ).
These results revealed a highly significant and consistent pattern of enhanced selectivity for EGFR-high targets (SKOV3 or U87vIII) over EGFR-low tumor targets (MCF7) or healthy-donor HDF cells with hinge-truncated EGFR-sdCARs ( Figures 5G, H ).
In addition, we found an interesting trend shown in Figure S1 , which indicates the presence of two “subpopulations” in the HD group (the cut-off 1,000 BAU/ml).
We showed a trend in monocyte frequency before starting treatment with baricitinib, with lower levels in R patients compared with NR (not significant).
