WN injections displayed no significant difference regarding the mean elasticity modulus (EM; 0.992 kPa) when compared to not injected controls (1.176 kPa; Figure 2 ), while WJ injections caused in one experiment a highly significant reduction of the cellular EM from 0.891 to 0.440 kPa ( p < 0.001, Figure 3 ) when compared to their corresponding controls.

In common wheat ‘Dakotana,’ highly significant correlations were observed between the dry weight of roots and root colonization ( r = 0.93, p < 0.001) in drought conditions, whereas under well-watered the root traits showed a reverse manner, and even highly negative relations between root volume and root colonization were observed ( r = −0.99, p < 0.001) ( Tables S1–S7 ). 2.5.
Using a paired Wilcoxon signed-rank test, we confirmed that this difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 1 ).
[ 12 ] demonstrated a highly significant association between the coadministation of proton pump inhibitors (not specified) and clopidogrel resistance in subjects vs. the achievement of a response ( p < 0.001).
Highly significant genetic variations ( p < 0.001) were observed for HR disease incidence (DI) and disease severity (DS) in both individual and combined analyses.
After 21 days of recovery, there was highly significant ( p < 0.001) improvement over time for both groups, but there were no significant group differences at any time point ( p > 0.05), as in our group.
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Gömöri’s trichrome staining was green positive in all samples, yet distinctly significant for GCsGp/GO 0.5% scaffold ( p < 0.001).
Compared to rhBMP2+T0070907−, rhBMP2+T0070907+ showed a highly significant reduction in the differentiation efficiency of porcine beige adipocytes ( p < 0.001), suggesting that the addition of T0070907 diminished the effect of rhBMP2 in promoting the differentiation of porcine beige adipocytes ( Figure 5 B,C).
However, Fer-1 emerged as the most efficacious intervention to alleviate PA-induced cytotoxicity, demonstrating a marked restoration of cell viability with a highly significant statistical difference ( p < 0.001), although Fer-1 treatment alone had no significant effect on cell viability ( Figure S1 ).
Statistical analysis revealed highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) between MIC and MBC/MFC values across all tested bacterial and fungal species, confirming the dose-dependent antimicrobial efficacy of the L. alsinoides extract. 2.3.
There was a highly significant main effect of training day on both escape latency (F(3, 72) = 58.61, p < 0.001, η 2 p = 0.71; Greenhouse–Geisser corrected) and path length (F(3, 72) = 85.92, p < 0.001, η 2 p = 0.78; Figure 4 A,B), indicating that all groups, including the LPS-induced model group, acquired the task across the training period.
The differences between the varieties and between the plant parts were highly significant ( P ≤ 0.001).
Correlation analysis proves a highly significant inverse correlation between vimentin and E -cadherin (Spearman′s correlation coefficient = −0.729, p < 0.001).
Concurrently, a strong, highly significant positive correlation was identified between local AR tissue density and intracellular lead accumulation (rs = 0.415, p = 0.001), supporting the interplay between heavy metal deposition and receptor presentation.
For all functional receptors, data on statistically extremely significant hormone specific binding ( p -value ≤ 0.001) were obtained.
The pairwise comparisons of groups with ANOVAs supported these findings ( Table 3 ) and revealed highly significant differences between 4xA and all other groups ( p < 0.001) among all subsets of epiloci.
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001, binomial test) and indicated that HAT-PCR was more sensitive than flow.
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001).
In contrast, these associations were markedly attenuated in IL skin, where the correlations between CYP27B1 and the same genes were weaker or only partially significant: CTNNA1 (r = 0.76, p < 0.001), CDH1 (r = 0.30, p = 0.181), and TJP1 (r = 0.59, p = 0.005). 2.4.
CRP and IL-6 showed highly significant differences at all three time points (all p < 0.001), with CRP peaking at day 3 and IL-6 showing the largest difference at day 1 ( Figure 1 ).
As shown in Figure 5 , the comparison of the patients simultaneously expressing PRA and RIP140 ( n = 8) to all other patients ( n = 39) within the adenocarcinoma group ( n = 47) showed a highly significant trend ( p < 0.001).

Notably, meat showed a highly significant interaction in continuous analysis ( p < 0.001) but not in categorical analysis ( p = 0.204), demonstrating that continuous measures can detect dose–response relationships that may be obscured by categorization.
