ANOVA indicated that the model was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with an insignificant lack of fit ( p = 0.3319 > 0.05), demonstrating good overall fitness.
We found a direct and highly significant correlation (gRVLP: R 2 = 0.794, p < 0.0001; LVLP: R 2 = 0.857, p < 0.0001; egRVLP: R 2 = 0.830, p < 0.0001) between GE efficiencies and Cas9 amounts for each of the three VLP types.

The Mann–Whitney test identified highly significant differences ( p -values < 10 −4 ) in glycan peaks G P 13 , G P 16 , and G P 22 between experimental [ 27 ] and simulated data ( Supplementary Table S6 ).
However, when only pCx43 colocalized with PDGFRB was expressed, a highly significant decrease in expression was found, at the level of p < 0.0001 ( Figure 11 ).
This analysis revealed highly significant main effects of dose (F 4,160 ≈ 848.5, p < 0.0001), wavelength (F 1,160 ≈ 252.2, p < 0.0001), and cellular age-status (F 1,160 ≈ 1466.8, p < 0.0001), indicating that metabolic activity varied significantly with PBM fluence, irradiation source, and replicative aging.
The ANOVA results for the set (i) showed highly significant and statistically greater Ks in the set of 26 mitogenomes: Ks = 1.618 ± 0.019, Ka = 0.384 ± 0.019 ( n = 325), F = 1949.2, d.f. = 1; 648, p < 0.0001 (effective hypothesis decomposition).
