Neither transient loss of consciousness ( p = 0.292) nor vomiting ( p = 0.183) alone were significantly associated with pneumonia; however, when the two were combined into a single variable, the association approached significance ( p = 0.060).
Importantly, combined therapy with Lu-177 PSMA-617 RLT and ARPIs showed a trend towards improved OS, with a median of 20.3 months versus 15.9 months for those receiving Lu-177 PSMA-617 RLT alone (HR 0.58; 95% CI, 0.33–1.02; p = 0.06) ( Figure 4 ).
However, there was a notable trend towards a lower mean dose to the ipsilateral lung in patients in the prepectoral group (10.2 vs. 11.1 Gy, p = 0.06). 3.3.
0 (IQR 0) as measured by VAS; Mann–Whitney U test, p = 0.018)) and showed a trend towards poorer physical performance as assessed by the DRI (39 (IQR 127.5) vs. 0 (IQR 88), Mann–Whitney U test, p = 0.06)).
Additionally, BIA parameters showed borderline significant differences in extracellular water (Δ After-Before −0.11; p = 0.06) and statistically significant in fat mass (Δ After-Before −0.77; p = 0.01).
full-dose rivaroxaban was associated with a lower risk of clinically relevant bleeding complications (aHR: 0.62, 95% CI: 0.39–0.97, p = 0.03) and was associated with gastrointestinal bleeding at a level of borderline significance (aHR: 0.52, 95% CI: 0.26–1.03, p = 0.06).
RBV after 20 min was not significantly associated with pre-dialysis ICW (R 2 = 0.03, p = 0.4) and only showed a nonsignificant trend towards correlation with ECW (R 2 = 0.14, p = 0.06; Figure 3 A–C).
For the BMI groups, we found a borderline significance difference in TTR -positive status (chi-squared: 7.4783, df = 3, p -value = 0.06 for BMI categories), with an over-representation of hATTR in the overweight group, although this was not statistically significant in the post hoc analysis.
A trend towards significance was also found between pre-measurements and after 25 min (post-25′; p < 0.06) for the item “pick up and move small objects”.
Although patients with NLR ≥ 2.5 showed a trend toward more frequent postoperative complications (59.8%) compared to the NLR < 2.5 group (40.2%), this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.06).
We showed that bone invasion is associated with a higher osteoclast count compared to patients without bone invasion, and found a strong trend of higher osteoclast count comparing patients with bone invasion and erosion ( p = 0.06).
For significant LUTS in the population-based cohort, children with ADHD showed a significantly higher proportion of predominantly storage symptoms ( p < 0.01), which showed only borderline significance in the hospital-based cohort ( p = 0.06).
After combining the results of studies with multiple outcomes, analysis showed that early interventions were marginally insignificant for expressive language ( g = 0.10; 95% CI: −0.00, 0.20; p = 0.06) and not efficacious in improving the receptive language skills of pre-school children with ASDs ( g = 0.12; 95% CI: −0.06, 0.31; p = 0.19).
Lorazepam Data from the only study comparing Clonazepam with another benzodiazepine, namely Lorazepam [ 47 ], showed a trend for the superiority of Lorazepam over Clonazepam in terms of acute antimanic efficacy (14 days, monotherapy, SMD = 0.82, 95%CI = [−0.02, 1.67], p = 0.06, one RCT, N = 24).
Still, we could observe a statistical trend ( p = 0.06) for more bleeding events in the group of patients with low on-clopidogrel platelet reactivity (<190 AU x min).
Pericardial effusion > 10 mm showed a strong trend toward greater prevalence in ADPKD subjects compared to controls (5 of 117 (4%) vs. 0 of 117 controls (0%), p = 0.06).
Both study groups did not differ in terms of recipient’s gender, BMI, duration of pre-transplant diabetes mellitus, and dialysis vintage, whereas the age difference was of borderline significance ( p = 0.06).
