Introduction Acute myocardial infarction remains the leading cause of death globally, with an increasing trend among younger individuals in recent years 1 .

Ambient ISM background dust processing is, therefore, likely to be significant and complex, in contrast to zero processing in a uniform ISM 10 , 14 , 27 , 32 .

In the section II region, the emission with longer lifetime began to be identified, and increasing the rotational speed can extend the length of the emission bar, accompanied by an obvious trend of emitting color change to red (Fig. 5e, f ; Supplementary Fig. 36 ).

These differences were highly significant, encompassing the entire Mr ROI (Fig. 7c ).

Importantly, we found that mmu-novel-CD-6 showed a trend of downregulation during myoblast differentiation by using both our NAP-seq profiles (Supplementary Fig. 11a ) and qRT–PCR analysis (Supplementary Fig. 11f ), suggesting that mmu-novel-CD-6 may play a functional role during myoblast differentiation.

After filtering for highly significant interactions ( q < 0.01), we identified a total of 160.000 chromatin loops, capturing Enhancer-Promoter (E-P), Promoter-Promoter (P-P) and Enhancer-Enhancer (E-E) contacts with a similar distribution among the analyzed samples (Supplementary Fig. 3d ).

For RFS, there is a weak trend favoring the Cy-pretreated participants (HR 0.79, 95% CI, 0.52 to 1.19, Supplementary Fig. 1B ).

We also ran multivariable analysis for RFS excluding arm, and no covariates were significant, but age, sex, and advanced disease status approached significance (Supplementary Table 6 ).

In contrast, the infiltration level and predictive role of RSPO1 + fibroblasts in predicting patient prognosis showed a trend opposite to that of POSTN + fibroblasts.

We found an overall trend of elevated Treg infiltration with decreasing Th17, CD4_Tem, and CD8_Tem proportions during HNSCC progression, which indicated the transition from an immune-activated TME to an immune-exhausted TME.

We found a clear trend in phylogenetic signal for the UC chromosomes compared to the ENAA chromosomes (Supplementary Fig. 16 ).
