The only marginally significant temporal trend observed was a decrease ( p = 0.008) in POM-C concentrations that occurred between spring and fall during the maize phase of the 3YR rotation, where POM-C fell from a spring high of 2.79 g cm -3 to a fall value of 1.48 g cm -3 ( Fig 1A ).

The difference in survival rate between biofilm associated cells and corresponding planktonic cells was apparent after 2h of incubation with the phage, and after 5h of incubation the difference between the survival of biofilm associated cells as compared to planktonic cells was highly significant both for phage JSF4 (p = 0.0090) and for JSF3 (p = 0.0066).
3.02 ng/ml, nearly significant p = .009) and formula-feeding arms (3.21 vs. 1.50 ng/ml (p = .002) and also for D-dimer in the breastfeeding (1.40 vs. 0.40 ng/ml (p<.001) and formula-feeding arms (1.32 vs. 0.52 ng/ml, p<.001) ( Table 2 ).
In uncomplicated cases, a highly significant negative correlation in TNF-α and VCAM-1 (r= -0.261, p-value<0.009) while a significant positive correlation between IL-6 and IL-10 (r= 0.210, p-value<0.03) was observed.

6 B, FH serum levels were significantly increased in dSSc patients (p = 0.003) and almost reached significance in ScGVHD patients (p = 0.009) compared to healthy controls, as also confirmed by Bonferroni-adjusted pairwise comparisons after Analysis of Variance ( Table 4 ).
