The prevalence of anti-HEV IgG among pregnant women (11%, CI95 [7–16%]) was lower than that in the entire blood donor group (19% CI95 [13–25%]); the difference with the female blood donor (non pregnant) group was highly significant, with an Odds Ratio ratio of 2.3 (CI95 [1.7–3.24], χ 2 = 4.31, p<0.05).

Variance components estimates of combining ability Combined analysis across the N inputs and seasons revealed that the variance components of general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) were highly significant (p < 0.05) for all traits ( Table 3 ).
A difference was considered to be statistically significant and highly significant when p<0.05 and p<0.01 respectively.
Higher English language proficiency (β = 2.60, p < 0.001) and age (β = 0.24, p = 0.018) significantly contributed to higher MSPSS scores, while duration of residence in Canada had a near-significant effect (β = −0.05, p = 0.050). 3.3.
This effect fell just short of statistical significance when investigated on between-state transitions ( P = 0.05 and P = 0.08 at 20°C and 30°C, respectively, Figure 3 , I).
The results indicated that the correlation between responses to the anticipation question and responses to the disappointment question was marginally statistically significant (r s = 0.26, p = .050, N = 59). 3.2 Experiment 2 We first excluded one participant who did not answer all test questions, and confirmed that no participants failed to respond correctly (i.e. “Paris”) to the attention check question.
The presence of spatial autocorrelation was assessed by means of Moran’s I correlogram ( Figure S2 ), which revealed highly significant departure from randomness ( p <0.05 after Holm’s correction).
Replication of association was considered if association was in the same direction and nominally significant (p≤0.05).
Significant ( * ) and highly significant ( ** ) correlations were correlated when P-value < 0.05 and < 0.01 respectively. 2.10.
However, at the genus level, the changes in microbe abundance between incubated and non-incubated eggs was marginally significant (Wilk's lambda <0.01, F (10, 1) = 214.01, P = 0.05).
Table 4 shows female sex is moderately significant in predicting an increased immune response to clade C-pol antigens (AOR: 3.182; CI: 1.000–10.120; p = 0.0500).
The main effect of object size was marginally significant (F(1,24) = 4.16, p>.05, η p 2 = .15).
( E ) Excluding an outlier from the linear regression shows a possible trend emerging for BIM where higher levels of mRNA expression might be positively associated with duration of treatment (p>0.05).
3C ) and the protein expression of 5-HT 2A displayed a decreasing trend ( P >0.05; Fig. 3A ).
The interaction term was marginally significant t (1) = 1.94, p = .05, suggesting the difference in abstraction between cohorts is greater at higher levels of the intercept, although this effect was not predicted and should be interpreted accordingly.
The expression level of 186 genes showed a nominally significant difference in expression following HS (p<0.05: 105 increased; 81 decreased), of which 12 achieved genome wide significance (q<0.05: all increased with HS) ( Figure 2 ; Table S2).
Egger’s regression test also indicated no (intercept –2.97, P = 0.207, for one round of ACWT; and intercept –11.93, P = 0.132, for three rounds) or marginally significant publication bias (intercept –5.13, P = 0.050, for two rounds).
The same tendency was observed after stratifying on sex and age groups, although the results were borderline significant (e.g. the oldest heavy smoking women: differences in regression coefficient = 4.64 per % change in fat mass, 95% confidence interval (CI): −0.07, 9.29; p = 0.050).
ROD animals demonstrated an increase in soleus muscle mass (p<0.05, Table 4 ) whereas RU486 treated animals only had a slight trend towards an increase in soleus muscle mass compared to control animals (p>0.05, Table 4 ).
There was a significant trend for fewer singers during periods with higher received levels of seismic survey pulses at both MARU 1 ( p <0.05, effective degrees of freedom (edf) = 1) and MARU 2 ( p <0.01, edf = 1) ( Table 1 , Figure 4 ).
In addition, rs13017599 in REL was associated (P = 0.03) although the result for this SNP in the whole AAD cohort was only marginally significant at P = 0.05.
Manual forward selection, starting with variables that were more strongly associated with prevalence in univariable analyses, was applied and variables were retained in the multivariable model if p<0.2.The variables that were highly significant (p<0.05) in multivariable meta-regression model were considered as building blocks for interaction terms.
The highly significant correlations with OS and PFS were maintained in multivariate models that controlled for IPI ( P <0.05).
a trend towards significancep = 0.05
Within the LA in the experimental group there was a trend towards significance during PR (t(13) = 1.94, p = 0.05), and significant effects during R1, R2, R3 and TR (ts(13)>2.41, p s<0.02).
The experimental group showed a significant linear trend (F(1,19) = 4.68, p = 0.024) and the control group showed a nonsignificant trend (F(1,19) = 3.84, p = 0.05).
