When this control set is used instead of our healthy subjects, the association of early-onset SLE barely missed significance level (P = 0.059) due to the small sample size of the controls; however, the OR was 1.47 (95%CI 0.99–2.19), and was slightly higher than the OR observed with our controls (1.44, Table 2 ).
There was a marginally non-significant difference between treatment groups during t 1 ( β (SE) = 4.67 (2.24), t = 2.08, P = 0.059), while no difference was observed between treatment groups during t 2 and t 3 ( t 2 : β (SE) = 0.64 (1.99), t = 0.32, P = 0.755; t 3 : β (SE) = –0.03 (2.07), t = 0.02, P = 0.987; Fig 1a ).

Calcium accumulation in channelled constructs showed a trend towards a significant increase, as compared to solid constructs, at 4 weeks post-implantation (4.37±0.61 vs. 3.27±0.33%ww, p = 0.0593), with this difference becoming significant at 8 weeks post-implantation (7.97±1.15 vs. 5.12±0.53%ww, p <0.0001).
In the large plots, the abundance of ants was reduced by the treatment in both 2010 and 2011, although in 2010, this effect was only marginally significant (F 1,4 = 6.78, p = 0.0598).
The main effect for method approached significance (F (2, 9) = 3.88, p = 0.06), with a trend towards rubbing alone increasing the spread of the simulant for both blue roll and incontinence pad.
The interaction between household/transportation PA groups and time remained significant for the TMTB (p = 0.03) and IST (p = 0.009) scores, suggesting a slower decline over time, and was borderline significant for the TMTA scores (p = 0.06).
Training duration also predicted some of the distant outcomes: Vocabulary (partial r 2 = .09, p = .02) and Raven's Advanced PM, although only at a near-significant level (partial r 2 = .06, p = .06).
Univariate Cox regression of continuous miR-133b ratio showed borderline significance of miR-133b as predictive marker for biochemical relapse (HR = 0.16; 95% CI = 0.02–1.06; p = 0.06).
There was a trend toward significance for GluA3 (t = 2.00, df = 16, p = 0.06), and levels from plannexin-treated rats were lower than controls following the probe test ( Figure 7C ).
Moreover, treatment with the siRNA targeting dpp4 resulted in lower hepatic Il6 mRNA expression and showed a trend on reducing circulating IL-6 levels ( p = 0.06).
The 3×2×6 mixed ANOVA with between-subjects factors group (learners, non-learners, or controls), and within-subjects factors training run (first run, last run) and BMA parameter (V-SPL, SPL-V, up_V, up_SPL, up_V-SPL, up_SPL-V) revealed a significant main effect of group (F(1,2) = 5.49, p = 0.04), a significant main effect of BMA parameter (F(1,5) = 3.66, p = 0.01), and a strong trend towards significance in the 3-way interaction between group×training run×BMA parameter (F(1,10) = 1.91, p = 0.06).
