In contrast to KSCs, the level of CPDs in TAs followed a decreasing trend to 24 h post-exposure and stabilized at 48 h post UVA-exposure.
Excerpts
Permutation analysis showed that the change in metabolic fluxes predicted from gene expression changes during Parkinson’s disease was highly significant in the metabolic network: taken over all studies which showed substantial variation, all reaction rates were significantly affected during Parkinson’s disease, except CO 2 production and glutamine synthetase ( S4 Table ).
However, the Mantel test is at the limit of significance.
Except for 2009, the placebo effects in other years are not significant or only weakly significant with magnitudes near zero.
In the passive avoidance memory test, mice showed a trend toward better performance in the TMEV-EVs group (261 ± 79.31) compared with the TMEV-VH group (203.64 ± 114.87), without reaching statistical significance ( Fig 3A ).
The coefficient on quality is also negative and moderately significant in the summed events model.
This is an encouraging trend, as clinic visits, peer educator contact, and supportive networks have been found to be strongly associated with the willingness of KP members to engage in HIV testing, care and treatment programmes, as well as in ART initiation and adherence [ 29 , 31 , 39 , 40 ].
From 1917 onwards there was a decreasing trend in the annual rainfall component that switched to an increasing trend in 1935, after which rainfall increased from a low of about 600 mm to a high of about 850 mm in 1962 ( Fig 3B ).
The increase in severe annual floods (0.90 quantile) was close to significance in the Mara ( Table 5 , Fig 6A ).
The p-value for the runs test was marginally significant ( Table 4 ), suggesting that the sequence of extreme flood years in which the wet season rainfall exceeded the 20-year return level in Narok Town deviated from complete randomness.
The stochastic disturbance variance of the primary annual cycle did not quite reach significance ( Table 2 ).
Trends in the severity of droughts and floods There was no evidence for a significant trend in the severity of droughts in the Mara from quantile regression during 1965–2014 ( Table 5 , Fig 6A, 6C and 6E ).
Our analysis verified that the only enzymes that were significantly downregulated in our panel of 20 MMPs were MMP-2 and MMP-9, although there was an interesting trend towards downregulation of a number of other MMPs in the absence of active MMP-2/-9.
The goal was not to compare men to women or ethnicities to one another, but to assess the effect of PFASs on Rubella within group to assure that highly significant effects in one sex /ethnicity group had not generalized to all.
There was no significant effect of PFASs on immunity in youths but a significant effect of both PFOA and PFOS in adults, as well as a significant interaction of PFOA x sex and a borderline significant interaction of PFOS x sex.
Although slightly significant differences were found at 13,14,15 and 20 years of age, the statistical significance level (p = 0.036, 0.042, 0.047 and 0.037 respectively) and the sample size let us to consider the AC/A ratio as no clinically relevant in regards of the development of refractive error in patients affected by accommodative esotropia.
A probability value< 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant and <0.01 was supposed to be highly significant.
During the potato growing seasons (April-September) from 1965 to 2014, the average light suitability index of the potato showed an increasing trend, increasing 0.014 every ten years. The maximum value of light suitability index was found in 2013 (0.891), and the minimum value was found in 1995 (0.679).
Overall, the C value over the past 50 years showed a slightly increasing trend during the whole growth season, benefitting potato growth in northern China.
In all countries, there was a decreasing trend of new use of tolterodine and increasing new use of solifenacin.

Six studies reported their intervention to be ineffective regarding BMI and BMI z-score [ 26 , 30 – 32 , 36 , 43 ], although three of these showed a positive trend (ES -0.10 and -0.01, respectively) [ 31 , 32 , 36 ].
Our results showed a trend that HDACi-79-treated blastocysts appeared to express pluripotency-related and survival-related genes slightly better than HDACi-14-treated blastocysts.
Its main drawback is, however, a need for adjustment of drilling profiles that show an increasing trend as an effect of accumulated needle friction.
It is, however, encouraging to note that the utilization of four or more ANC visits shows an increasing trend in Bangladesh over the last one decade.
Results Phenotypic data All traits and environments showed highly significant differences.
