Correlation between combined WM FCs and neuropsychological scores The correlation coefficients between the true and RF-predicted scores of ADAS-Cog, CDR-Global, CDR-SOB, FAQ and MMSE were 0.39–0.47 with highly significant P -value (<0.001) ( Fig 4e ).
Excerpts
In the current study, the empirical validity of these mathematical models is examined, showing that highly significant errors are quite frequent.
Gender plays a role but the variable does not interact with study year in the ANOVA (although the alpha error was 0.068 and barely missed significance) nor does gender interact with the variable clinical years, where we found higher G-IPAS overall scores for students in pre-clinical years (1-3) compared to those in clinical years (4-6).
Sponge colour The difference between the different levels of anaesthesists and the dependence on the real blood loss RBL is not as strong in green sponges as in white sponges but is still highly significant.
a clear trendgold
A clear trend toward persistent high blood pressure of the "fluctuant" group when compared to other groups is observed within this age range, which is consistent with our common sense that high blood pressure, but not "fluctuant" SBP, increases CV risk. 2.
The National Health and Morbidity Surveys (NHMS) has shown that the prevalence of CVD risk factors such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, overweight/obesity and smoking has been on an increasing trend and it increases with age [ 5 ].
a possible trendgold
However, a possible trend was observed for CD34+ cells where increased patient age seemed to negatively impact post-thaw viability ( Fig 4B ), and it may be possible that this trend became significant if the dataset included more patients aged 70 and above.
a negative trendgold
The relationship determined by flow cytometry for post-thaw CD34+ viability ( Fig 4B ), however, suggested a negative trend but this was not significant ( p -value = 0.065).
Nationally, incidence counts displayed a significant trend of decrease: almost 33000 cases of typhoid fever was reported in 2004 but the count fell below 10000 and stayed in the close range since 2010; more than 16000 cases of paratyphoid fever was reported in 2004, and the continual downfall reached to 2311 cases in 2016 ( Fig 1A ).
a slight trendgold
Fig 6 indicates that some tissues showed a slight trend to lower expression in older age categories.
The normalized NDVI over the eastern Tibetan Plateau shows a decreasing trend of –0.33/decade (significant at the 90% confidence level), whereas the normalized NDVI over the central and western Tibetan Plateau generally shows an increasing trend (figure omitted).
There was also an increasing trend in precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau [ 14 , 15 ].
The number of cells that stained for ALDH1, but not CGA, showed a trend in the opposite direction with proportions being, respectively, 19%, 22%, 72%, and 81%.
The effect is only marginally significant because there is a considerable variability in subjects' sensitivity to the VD.
In another sensitivity analysis (zero-inflated negative binomial regression), VKA had a borderline significant effect on CAC score, S6 Table .
Spurious alignments might cause a single or even a few variants to appear highly significant, but they may not show LD to other proximal variants, which would be expected at short distances.
At three research sites, HATC security showed a trend of “increase-decrease-recovery”.
Trend was close to significance for children and negative HIV patients ( Table 4 ).
In Malaysia, the available surveillance systems for STIs reported an increasing trend of syphilis and gonorrhoea cases, with the incidence rate of syphilis being only 5.7 per 100,000 population in 2012 but had increased to 8.0 per 100,000 population in 2017 [ 4 , 5 ].
However, there was a highly significant main effect for factor Condition ( F 2.4, 109.4 = 41.58, p = < .001, η p 2 = .48) with largest P3b amplitudes during CON, followed by DIS, HYP, and SIM (see Fig 3B ).
With punishment (i.e., SR + SR*PunishAllow ), SR had a borderline significant positive effect on contributions.
[ 24 ] applied the Mann-Kendall test to analyze the changes of CI and PCI in the Jharkhand state of India, and showed that the PCI values had a decreasing trend in eastern and northeastern parts of the study area, while CI varied irregularly and daily heavy rains had occurred over the study area in the period of 1971 to 2011.
a negative trendgold
Differently, the wet periods were shortened in the Wei River basin during 1955–2012 [ 11 ] and precipitation had a negative trend with a 5% decline per century in Italy [ 12 ].
a positive trendgold
Fortunately, the area with this high CI has been getting smaller, implying a positive trend toward regional flash flood and debris flow control. status released display-pdf yes is-olf no is-manuscript no is-preprint no is-journal-matter no is-scanned no is-retracted no Received 2020 Apr 9; Accepted 2020 Aug 21; Collection date 2020.
It must be noted that a positive Z indicates that the sequence has an increasing trend, while a negative Z reflects a declining trend.
