The effect of modality on mean IRI was marginally significant with slightly larger intervals produced in the auditory condition (mean 325 ms, S.E. 0.69) compared to the visual condition (mean 303 ms, S.E. 5.50; F (1,12) = 3.56, p = 0.08, η 2 = 0.23).
Excerpts
Although dentate subjects showed a trend for a lower Candida load (median 0.04%, mean 0.32%, SD 0.6) than edentate subjects (median 0.16%, mean 72.6%, SD 322), there was no statistically significant difference in the Candida load between these groups ( p = 0.311, Mann-Whitney test).
The patterns were similar but only marginally significant for L. sp. nov.
It is possibly significant that CLCuAlV, PaLCuV and GPMLCuV form a distinct group in the Rep tree, suggesting that for the Rep sequences they diverged from the remainder of the cotton viruses some time ago.
In addition to synaptic protein loss, we detected a significant reduction of the neuronally expressed neurofilament H on day 2 and a statistical trend in neurofilament H reduction on day 60 after footshock in the hippocampus of traumatized mice.
From the efficiency scores presented in Table 4 , it can be noted that all the banks' average efficiency is on an increasing trend.
However, an earlier study [30] found the score ranging between 68 and 80 percent on a decreasing trend, while another study [31] found Malaysian banks exhibiting a score of 95.9 percent.
a strong trendgold
There was a strong trend in the present study for dominant individuals to have a lower foraging rate and this may be because fish have shifted their attention to the activities of the subordinate and protection of their shelter.
Other highly significant factors were the date, and the lake within each group, explaining 23% and 18% of the total variation, whereas the weakly significant interaction factor of group and date accounted for only 7% ( Table S2 ).
Depending on the strategy used, the effects on alveolar recruitment, V/Q mismatch and work of breathing may be significant for a given mode [29] , [50] , [51] , [58] , [59] , [61] .
Samples with Ano1 protein expression or with amplification of the ANO1 gene showed a trend towards presence of lymph node metastases.
We detected a highly significant correlation between amplification and expression of Ano1 and showed that HNSCC patients with Ano1 protein expression have a poor overall survival.
Concomitantly, a decreasing trend was observed for population doublings as passage number increased ( Fig. 2C ).
a notable trendgold
Phonological neighborhoods A notable trend that emerged in the comparison of phonological neighborhood sizes across languages is the much higher occurrence of phonological neighbors of all types (substitution, deletion, and addition) in French when compared to all other languages.
In contrast, treatment with equimolar concentrations of DA compared to NaCl showed a trend towards a worse renal function, but this did not reach statistical significance.
These GSNO mediated changes in fiber diameter may be significant in vivo , as fiber diameter is a determinant of fibrinolysis, [36] suggesting that GSNO may function at an optimal concentration.
*p<0.05 represented significance; **p≤0.01 and ***p≤0.001 were interpreted to be highly significant.
Statistical analysis identified the differences between the DH lines to be highly significant ( Table 1 ).
Muscle weight and physiological cross sectional area (PCSA) showed a trend of reduction in affected dogs although the difference did not reach statistical significance.
The associations with TMT-B, DSC, MR, and ‘g’ remained statistically significant, and for Logical Memory approached significance.
There has been much progress in bladder cancer research on genes that contribute to the cell cycle, cellular development, cell growth, or cell proliferation, which were highly significant functions in Figure 3 .
a strong trendgold
However, there is a strong trend towards a higher prevalence of farmed-origin salmon in fixed-engine and net-and-coble catch (lower down the water course) than in rod-and-line (further up the water course).
Models for proportion of escapes In all models of the proportion of escapes, district and region were highly significant.
Except for hypertension and eGFR, similar differences were found in patients with a TnT release, in which the highest quartile also included more STEMI, with a borderline significant p-value of 0.06.
In the univariate Cox regression analysis there was a statistically highly significant difference between each of the upper three quartiles' HR as compared to Q1 of 25(OH)D in the total patient population with respect to all-cause mortality, cardiac death and SCD.
