In contrast, in the S_ st1 vs S_WT comparison, enriched highly significant terms ( p < 0.05) for down-regulated DEGs included “response to water”, “response to inorganic substance”, “response to abiotic stimulus”, “lipoprotein metabolic process”, “lipid transport”, “lipid localization”, “oxidoreduction coenzyme metabolic process”, “NADPH regeneration” and “glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process” (Fig. 5b ).
During the grower feeding phase (Table 4 ), all parameters were highly significant ( p < 0.05), except for mean daily dry matter intake and the feed conversion ratio.
Pooled analysis Metabolites with nominally significant differences (p<0.05) and trends (0.05<p<0.10) between screening and Year 3 within the FP and AP groups Metabolites that were nominally different are reported in Table 2 with circulating concentrations reported in Table S1.

Spectral features and AUCs having at least a highly significant correlation (r > 0.8; r < − 0.8; p ≤ 0.05) with DI norm , AUDPC, and yield, respectively, were selected to assess the prediction potential of RS derivates based on a linear regression model, expressed through the adjusted coefficient of determination (R 2 adj ) as corrected goodness-of-fit and the root mean square error (RMSE) as model quality measures.
Genotype correlations with the cohort data of 200 ethnic Chinese individuals confirmed the expected influence of the two SNPs on the RETN plasma concentration but also revealed nominally significant associations (p value > 0.05) with cytokines and blood cell levels linked to RETN related disease manifestations.
However, when each climatic variable was individually reduced from the full model, Tmin, Tmax were not significant and rainfall was only marginally significant (AIC = 428, P = 0.05) (Table 1 ).
Mildly significant ( P < 0.05) enhancing effects of marigold seed oil (61.3% calendic acid) were observed on both keratinocyte and fibroblast proliferation after 48 and 72 h at the concentrations of 0.15% and 0.10%.
Linear modelling Among the selected predictors, the number of long term time series, population density, sustainable development index, and the number of tourists were found to be highly significant ( p < 0.05), whereas country growth and Trompenaar’s 7th dimension were borderline significant ( p = 0.05–0.06; Supplement 4).
For the Panel A, since the direct effect of age on attitudes was almost significant (p-value = 0.050), we kept this path in the final parsimonious model as age has often shown to be associated with the attitudes towards risk-stratified BC screening.

The volume of total adipose tissue showed a trend to be lower in patients of the progression/death during follow-up group (Mann–Whitney U test, W = 1279, p = 0.05).
Two-way ANOVA showed no main effect of locomotion (F (1,7) = 4.05, P = 0.084) but revealed a marginally significant locomotion × frequency interaction (F (1,7) = 5.59, P = 0.050).
Correlations between body weight and Se-AQP expression level were highly significant in L4 larvae ( r = 0.88; P < 0.05), L5 larvae ( r = 0.90; P < 0.05), and pupae ( r = 0.70; P < 0.05) (Fig.
The polynomial model was extremely significant in this experiment, as the p-value for Y is <0.0001 (P > 0.05).
OCT image quality differences between SCD and MCI groups were borderline significant, with patients in the MCI group showing worse image quality than their peers with SCD (OR = 0.14, 95% CI = 0.02–1.00, p = 0.05).
After conditioning, they exhibited only weakly significant (* p < 0.05) learning, and this learning actually increased in the hour after conditioning (* p < 0.05) and decreased from one to two hours post-conditioning (* p < 0.05).
When Li treatment response phenotypes in bipolar patients was screened by a large (1,693 sequence) genome-wide association study of pre-miRNA genes plus 20 kb flanking sequence, only one pre-miRNA gene had a nominally significant (p ≤ 0.05) sequence variation association, but when corrected for multiple comparisons, no polymorphisms in pre-miRNA plus flanking sequence showed any association with Li treatment phenotypes 91 .
Pairwise significant differences were found between C and T1 as well as T1 and T2 for stride times and all asymmetries (all with large effect sizes) except mean normalized sEMG which was trending towards significance (stance: p = 0.05, swing p = 0.12) (Table 1 ).
Marginal significance was found in anatomical (group 1:80%, group 2:96.6%, group 3:96%, group 4:96.4%, p = 0.05) but not functional success (group 1:85%, group 2:85.7%, group 3:83.3%, group 4:88.9%, p = 0.75) at postoperative 12-month.
