The osteoporosis cases have a similar behavior but there is a slight trend towards lower strains (generally representing susceptibility to fracture).

Figure 3 shows a clear trend of increasing diffusion with decreasing organic molar mass, which also supports the aforementioned diffusion by high kinetic energy model.

But for the female biased genes, only a few diseases were barely significantly enriched (OCD, schizophrenia, epilepsy and AD) ( Fig. 6B ).

The correlations between PY- and PA-related traits based on different environments were highly significant ( Supplementary Table S3 ).

p-AKT H-score was inversely associated with the presence of splenomegaly, although this was of marginal significance, and positively with absolute platelet counts.

The up-regulation of IDO1 (more than 100 fold after 24 h) was also highly significant and in agreement with the overall pattern of increased expression of pro-inflammatory genes, characterised by a fast and transient up-regulation peaking at 24 h pi ( Table 2 ).

Hepatic FAS and SCD1 levels were not significantly different between the groups, whereas CPT-1 and AOX mRNA levels were significantly increased in the GALP group compared with the saline group, and MCAD and FGF-21 showed a trend to increase ( Fig. 2B–G ). mRNA levels of HSL and ATGL in adipose tissue were increased in the GALP-treated group compared with control ( Fig. 2H,I ).

A strong trend was observed between the Early TX and Late TX groups, with the Late TX tumors having a higher accumulation of F4/80 positive cells.

Noticeably, the tDCS group showed a trend toward shorter RTs at the most demanding precision level (4%), but with lower accuracy.

In addition, consistent with the GA 4 quantification, ABA content in KAR-treated seeds had an increasing trend, compared to CK ( Fig. 6c ).

Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed on the dataset, which showed a trend of intergroup separation on the scores plot (figures not provided).

These results suggest that the homologous amino acids sequences contribute to the highly significant correlations between the antibody responses against VP1 of the various enteroviruses.

However, improper timing does not seem to be the major factor in this study, because, rates of successful pregnancy were not related to the number of matings which occurred within any given oestrus ( Table 1 ); in addition, there was a highly significant effect of social environment on the probability of maintaining a pregnancy after returning home from mating elsewhere ( Fig. 1 ).

At lower temperatures (305 and 315 K), the I-V showed a trend similar to that of the space charge limited current (SCLC), i.e., at a low (absolute) voltage, the slope was close to 1, but as the voltage increased (as the carrier injection increased), the slope became close to 2, due to interactions between the trapped carriers 21 36 37 38 .

Interestingly, although selection and algorithm termination in the simulations were based on the whole transcriptome and the dimensionality of the optimization problem was hence constant in all simulations, very small transcription factor regulons showed a trend to evolve faster in all cases ( Fig. 5 , left column).

FeCoNi showed a positive special boundary increment with grain growth, while CoCrFeNi showed a negative trend and CoCrFeMnNi exhibited a constant value.

However, the special boundary fraction showed a decreasing trend during grain growth, which indicates that Σ3 annihilation occurs for CoCrFeNi.

The Σ9 boundary fraction showed an increasing trend during grain growth, much higher than that of CoCrFeMnNi and CoCrFeNi, due to the increased frequency of Σ3 regeneration.

This suggests that abnormalities in cerebral hydrodynamics may be significant in NTG or in the production of glaucoma associated features.

Subsequently, a Wilcoxon rank sum test was applied to assess whether the contrasts associated with each class showed a trend towards high or low expression level within the ranked microarrays.

As a result, the atomic radius exhibits a decreasing trend throughout the series.

A similar difference was apparent in pAd5-43(1–7), which was less inclined to genetic recombination than pAd5, pAd5-37(5, 7) and pAd5-43(5, 7).
