The 4-GES again predicted OS in a highly significant manner (adjusted p = 1.2 * 10 −05 and adjusted p = 5.6 * 10 −05 for cohorts 1 and 2, respectively; Fig. 2A,B ).
Still, re-analysis of the correlation between BAT volume and LysoPC-acyl C16:1 in discovery population showed that the correlation was still highly significant (p = 1.2 × 10 −5 ) when the BAT negative subject is included.
Assuming the population origin on the coast between NQLD and CQLD, we considered Mackay, the first port of entry for European settlers on the Australian tropical coastlands [ 38 ], and found a highly significant positive correlation between β st and distance from Mackay ( r = 0.91, p = 1.2 × 10 −5 , Figure 2 C).

Moreover, employing k-values from 2020 and 2021 to establish classification functions and 2022 k-values for cross-validation to predict sample classification, a highly significant discrimination ( p = 0.000012) was observed among EVOOs stored at different temperatures.
Interestingly, when assessing whether the sex of an individual contributes to its methylation level, we found a highly significant sex effect at VM-IAP Rnf157 whereby males are more likely to exhibit higher methylation levels than females (p = 1.20e−5; q = 2.16e−4; Figures 6 G, S5 B, and S5C).
[ 34 ] described significantly lower levels of agalactosylated structures for IgG of the fetus (mean value of 13.1 %) as compared to maternal IgG (mean value of 16.7 %; difference of 3.6 % is statistically highly significant; p = 0.000012; see Table 4 ).
A highly significant protective effect for HLA-A*02 : 01 was observed in females (OR = 0.63, p = 1.21 x 10 −05 ), while no effect was seen in males ( Table 4 ).
The reduced model 2 without the ‘taxon’ term gave a much worse fit to the data, resulting in a highly significant likelihood ratio test (χ 2 = 19.12, 1 df, p -value = 1.228 x 10 −05 ).
This first set of results was obtained with high levels of reproducibility, obtaining highly significant values when the data concerning treatments with R8-PNA-a221 and R8-PNA-a221-MUT are compared (p <0.0000123 in five independent determinations.
Replacing the RTK-RAS amplification with the RTK-RAS-MYC amplification in the Cox regression model controlling clinical features led to an increase of the R -square from 0.165 to 0.173, and both NFE2L2 mutation and RTK-RAS-MYC amplification were highly significant ( P = 1.25e−05 and 5.11e−4, respectively, Supplementary information, Table S16b ).
Among these, the former was also the most significant regulator in the KO group ( p = 5.68 × 10 −9 ), while PHIP was the highly significant and exclusive regulator in the KO group fed with ω-3 PUFA ( p = 1.26 × 10 −5 ).
This analysis confirmed a difference in functional hyperemia dynamics that remained highly significant in response to 40‐sec stimulations (visual, P = 1.28 × 10 −5 ; motor, P = 1.18 × 10 −6 ), but not to 20‐sec stimulations (visual, P = 0.133; motor, P = 0.431).
