Differences between groups for relaxation ( t ), end-diastolic pressure or end-diastolic compliance, as appraised by chamber stiffness constant b , were smaller and not statistically significant, although a clear trend for a leftward-shift of the end-diastolic PV relationship was obvious in both AMI-groups.
In addition, there was a clear trend towards lower RV/LV T2 ratios in patients with higher NYHA classes with significant differences between all classes (0.60 ± 0.10 vs. 0.51 ± 0.10 vs. 0.44 ± 0.11 vs. 0.38 ± 0.12, NYHA I–IV respectively) and HC (0.74 ± 0.05, all p < 0.001) as well as NYHA I versus other classes (p ≤ 0.012).
There has been a clear trend in the superiority of rhythm control compared to rate control in recent years largely attributable to the incremental benefit of early rhythm over rate control alone in terms of improved overall symptoms and quality of life scores and reduced heart failure hospitalizations, stroke, dementia, and overall cardiovascular death[ 57 , 58 ].
The visual comparison of the cellular distribution of GFP-Atx3 15Q or 70Q with their respective K0 variants pointed to a slightly increased nuclear localization of the latter, whereas 70Q constructs carrying single lysine residues at positions K8 or K85 did not show a clear trend toward ataxin-3 compartmentalization ( Figure 2A ).
When stratifying by lead time (time between blood draw and diagnosis), 19 proteins showed heterogeneity in associations ( p het < 0.05, Supplementary Data 8 ) and 11 had a clear trend in the strength of association across categories of lead time ( p trend < 0.05, Supplementary Fig. 7 , Supplementary Data 9 ).
