Of note, the mild subgroup showed the lowest expression level of the AHR gene among four subgroups [6.92 ± 5.57 (mean ± SEM)]; however, in moderate, severe and very severe subgroups, the expression level of AHR gene decreased with increasing disease severity, while a decreasing trend in expression was observed from moderate to very severe subgroups ( Figure 6 and Table 8 ).
The period effect showed that, taking 2002–2006 as the reference period (RR = 1.00), the national incidence risk from 1992–2021 presented an increasing trend first and then a decreasing trend, and the period with the highest risk was 2007–2011 (RR = 1.02, 95% CI: 0.95–1.09).
As can be seen from the figure, all the equivalent models have lower F1 index values than DG-SpanTCM in most of the cases. As the training process continues, the values of DG-SpanTCM stabilize and show an overall increasing trend without overfitting, while this is not the case for some of the comparison models, which show a decreasing trend, i.e., there is an overfitting problem, after the model stabilizes for a period of time.
