However, there was a strong trend toward a reduced ratio of p-AKT (S473) to total AKT ( p = 0.0582) ( Figure 2 B).
However, higher-resolution micro-computed tomography (microCT) measurements of cortical bone in the midshaft of the femur demonstrated that BAY-treated mice had a subtle but significantly greater cortical bone volume fraction ( P = 0.0286; Figure 5B ) as compared with VEH-treated mice, resulting from a strong trend for greater cortical bone volume ( P = 0.0583; Figure 5C ) without an impact on cortical bone tissue volume ( P = 0.2807; Figure 5D ).
S-NT-A animals showed a significant reduction in this measure compared to C-NT mice ( p = 0.0145, Tukey’s test), and there was a strong trend for a decrease in this measure compared to S-NT-R animals ( p = 0.0584).

RESULTS/ANTICIPATED RESULTS: Our preliminary results show a strong trend for decreased mortality in the 2PE-exposed group (16.1% mortality (n=31) vs 38.5% mortality in vehicle control (n=26), p=0.06, Barnard’s test).
There was a strong trend towards an improved success rate of PDOs from resection samples as compared to biopsies: 136/196 (69.4%) vs. 5/12 (41.7%), p = 0.06 (Table 3 ).
