In addition, we found evidence of high GNA12 expression in multiple sets of colorectal RNA-seq data ( GSE107593 : P = 7.48 × 10 −9 , LogFC = 0.42; GSE117993 : P = 6.76 × 10 −7 , LogFC = 0.27; GSE166925 : P = 1.09 × 10 −3 , LogFC = 0.52) and suggested an elevated trend in myeloid cells ( GSE162335 : P = 3.71 × 10 −13 , LogFC = 0.42).

Further analysis showed that expression of MerTK in both CD56 dim and CD56 bright NK cells had an elevated trend in SLEs when compared with HCs (CD56 dim : 209.8 (90.9–557.3, p<0.001 vs 70.4 (47.5–156.3); CD56 bright : 419.3 (143.4–5905, p=0.040 vs 198.3 (108.0–607.1)) ( figure 1E ).

The expression of CD34 mRNA in caput epididymis tissues of yaks compared to corpus and cauda showed an elevated trend ( p < 0.01).

Lymphocyte subset monitoring showed an increasing trend in CD8+ T and B cells after CIK cell therapy ( P > 0.05) and an elevated trend in NK cells after NK cell therapy ( P > 0.05).

Notably, Pg application did not significantly increase the proportions of B/plasma cells or macrophages ( p > 0.05), and neutrophils showed an elevated trend with no statistical significance ( p > 0.05) ( Figure 5 D).
