With frontal regions still undergoing maturation, it is possible that the predicted brain age differences observed in the hazardous ACoA group (and approaching significance within the non-hazardous ACoA group) reflect a delayed process of cortical maturation of frontal regions rather than the accelerated brain aging often observed with studies examining alcohol use disorders and psychiatric conditions using brain age estimations in older participant groups.
E‐R for safety revealed no significant relationship for grade 3/4 neutropenia; however, a positive E‐R relationship was observed for grade 3/4 thrombocytopenia and imetelstat cycle 1 exposure (statistically significant for C max and approaching significance for AUC; Figure 3 ). 20 Importantly, no significant E‐R was seen for safety events considered clinical consequences of these cytopenias, in terms of any grade or grade 3/4 infections or bleeding events (Figure 3 ).
Regression models using the eleven-muscle (χ 2 (4) = 10.62, p = 0.031, Nagelkerke R 2 = 0.297) and eight-muscle (χ 2 (4) = 9.418, p = 0.051, Nagelkerke R 2 = 0.267) sets were significant and approaching significance, respectively, whereas the model for the five-muscle set was not significant ( p = 0.663, Nagelkerke R 2 = 0.073).
In contrast, just one significant SNP placed on chromosome 5 emerged for grain protein content ( Figure 4 ; Supplementary Table 2 ), and no significant association was detected for individual seed weight ( Supplementary Figure 6 ), although some SNPs approaching significance emerged for both of these traits. 3.5 Genomic regression models The GP models trained and validated on the germplasm collection displayed moderate to high predictive ability ( r Ab ) for all traits, mostly with slight differences between statistical models ( Table 4 ).
Primary tumor location did not reach statistical significance in the multivariate model (OR = 4.607 for left-sided tumors, 95% CI: 0.854–24.855; p = 0.076), but it was retained due to potential clinical relevance, small sample size, and a p -value approaching significance.
