In terms of safety, IVT was significantly associated with an increased risk of sICH; although the risk of mortality in the IVT group showed an increasing trend, this difference did not reach statistical significance.

Although the Immediate-iPCMT condition showed a trend towards improvement in student-educator relationship closeness and perceived student conduct problems, these pre- to post-intervention differences did not reach statistical significance.

However, certain subtypes, particularly L747_A750delinsP, showed a trend toward a shorter PFS compared with the common E746_A750del subtype, although these differences did not reach statistical significance (12.3 months vs. 24.3 months; P = 0.100).

Additionally, sigmoid colon tumors showed a trend towards increased mortality risk compared to other colon locations, though this did not reach statistical significance (aHR = 1.50, 95% CI: 0.98–2.28, P = 0.060) ( Table 5 ). 3.7 Survival curve analysis Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed significant differences in recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) among the four subgroups defined by VFA and blood lipid levels.

In our cohort, pCR showed a trend toward improved RFS, although the difference in OS did not reach statistical significance, likely due to limited follow‐up and a low event rate.

Alcaligenes showed a positive trend with neophytadiene (r = 0.734), though this association did not reach statistical significance after correction and should be interpreted with caution.

Of note, although cT stage—particularly T4a—is widely recognized as a strong predictor of peritoneal metastasis, in our univariate analysis it did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.077), despite a numerical trend toward higher metastasis rates in cT4 patients.

A platelet count ≥100×10 9 /L, aspartate aminotransferase < 80 U/L, lactate dehydrogenase <500 U/L, and receipt of anti-tumor therapy showed a trend toward better survival but did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.086, P = 0.075, P = 0.059, and P = 0.080, respectively).

Although both normal weight (OR = 0.25,95% CI:0.06 ~ 1.03, p = 0.05) and overweight (OR = 0.11, 95% CI:0.01 ~ 1.25, p = 0.08) groups showed a trend toward reduced risk compared to the underweight reference group, these associations did not reach statistical significance in multivariable model.

Although the differences in positivity rates across dormitories did not reach statistical significance after adjustment for multiple comparisons, the data nonetheless indicated a pronounced trend toward concentrated infection intensity in specific rooms, particularly those allocated to Class 2302.

Cys-C levels showed a decreasing trend following AVLE treatment, although the difference did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 1I ).

A strong trend toward a higher total postoperative complication rate was observed in the laminectomy group (n=12, 24%) compared to the laminoplasty group (n=2, 4%), though this did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.062, Fisher's exact test).
