Summarizing the results to this point, the genome-wide association study revealed a highly significant association in the vicinity of Lgi2 , an extremely strong association (p = 1.05×10 −23 ) with the protein-truncating c.1552A>T (p.K518X) sequence change in the gene, and no significant association with any other locus.
