IL-2-EC 50 and GILZ-EC 50 values both had weak near-significant correlations with clinical improvement in DAS in intramuscularly treated patients only.

The near-significant association with lower education level may indicate unmeasured contextual factors but requires confirmation in larger cohorts.

For all three types of flight patterns, individuals outside the gestation or parental-care periods responded at significant (or near-significant) larger AGL (i.e. vertical distance) or distances from the UAS than animals in those breeding stages ( Fig 2a, 2c and 2f ; S2 Table ).

We found a near-significant difference in damage when comparing one visit versus two visits in SEDAS.

Notably, the subgroup of patients without dialysis and with treatment > 30 weeks had a near-significant increased risk of hyperkalemia compared to placebo (pooled OR = 1.28; 95% CI: 0.99–1.65; I 2 = 0.0%) but not compared to ESAs ( Figure 13 c).
