This analysis showed that the NIHSS score of subjects who were started on anticoagulation during the ultraearly epoch (after 0–4 days) did not differ significantly from those during other epochs, and actually showed a trend toward a more-severe deficit as indicated by a higher admission NIHSS score.
RNA analysis in MLO‐Y4 osteocytic cells exposed to H 2 O 2 ‐induced oxidative stress revealed a significant increase in Sost (the gene encoding sclerostin) expression, while Wnt signalling–related genes ( Axin2 , Lef1 and Ctnnb ) showed a trend of compensatory upregulation, possibly reflecting a feedback response (Figure S4 ).
In subgroup analyses stratified by LDL-C target achievement, patients with elevated LDL-C showed a trend toward lower event risk with decreasing TG levels.
Additionally, the ellagic acid content showed a trend of first increasing, then decreasing, and finally increasing again as the pressure increased, with the highest value of 5.97 mg/L observed at 400 MPa, which was significantly higher than that at the other pressures ( p < 0.05).

Additionally, the STatin and Aspirin in Trauma (STAT) trial [ 12 ] found that aspirin and rosuvastatin, in addition to thromboprophylaxis, showed a trend toward reducing VTE events in trauma patients, and a study of patients undergoing total hip replacement found that atorvastatin was effective in preventing VTE [ 14 ].

4 Is the Processing of Agreement Errors Modulated by Lexical Categories? The results above showed a trend of crossover pattern in the GramxAgrType interaction—internal agreement is read faster than external agreement in the match condition, but about the same or slower in the mismatch condition, suggesting that the mismatch penalty is larger for internal than for external agreement, even though the interaction effect is small.
