Only two lions showed a significant positive correlation (rho = 0.64 (BCN1) and 0.68 (CA3), p < 0.05), and a third lion (BPV5) presented a tendency towards significance for a negative correlation between fOT and fGM (rho = −0.49, p = 0.09).
Feed conversion did not significantly differ among treatments (F 3,44 = 1.35, p = 0.27) in Trial 1, although there was a slight trend ( p = 0.09) toward lower FCR in XPC compared to CS.
The Kruskal–Wallis test revealed an association between groups and the level of CEACAM1 mRNA expression ( p = 0.03) and a tendency towards significance for CXCL8 ( p = 0.09).
Additionally, the body weight of Del/Del genotype individuals at 35 days old ( p = 0.12) and the daily weight gain showed an increasing trend compared with those of In/Del genotype individuals ( p = 0.09) ( Table 6 ). 3.5.
Additionally, SUP cows showed a trend of greater MuRF1 expressions at day 200 of gestation ( p = 0.09) and a greater abundance of mRNA of this same gene in the pre-parturition period ( p = 0.04) compared to CON dams.
There was a positive trend with the effect of age, with villus area increasing by 25% and 35% for both insoluble and soluble diets, respectively ( p < 0.09). 3.3.
However, in contrast to CFL, preening, foraging, and food consumption appeared to be unaffected, although means for total foraging activity varied greatly between the healthy and feather damaging group, and almost reached significance ( p = 0.09).
Compared with the CON group and 0.2% group, the abundance of Actinobacteriota in the 0.125% group showed a trend of decreasing ( p = 0.09, Figure 2 C and Table S2 ).
Additionally, the CC had a greater concentration of AGP in plasma compared to the UC treatment ( Figure 2 ), but the PB supplementation showed a trend ( p = 0.09) to reduce its concentration.
Carcass Characteristics and Meat Quality As shown in Table 6 , pigs fed a corn–soybean meal diet showed a trend of improved marbling scores compared to those pigs fed a diversified diets at the same NE level ( p = 0.09).
The effect of the application frequency approached significant ( p = 0.092) for the heart percentage, showing the increase was proportional due to intermittent use.
But, there was a trend toward significance between expressivity and the PS, with the higher the subjective expressivity score, the lower the PS (r = −0.167, p = 0.092), which we hypothesized may be indicative of an indirect effect of the PS on agreement (the relationship between the objective OBS and subjective expressivity)—the OBS was higher for dogs with lower PSs, while objective and subjective scores of dogs with higher OBSs were more closely aligned.
While the Kruskal–Wallis test for cross-sucking was not fully significant (H (df = 3) = 6.42, p = 0.093), the more sensitive post hoc BKY linear step-up procedure detected a significant pairwise discovery between S1 and S2 (C = −16.00, q = 0.029, p = 0.014).
Bootstrap resampling produced a 95% CI of 8.4–47.6 log 10 ·h, while the permutation test indicated a statistical trend ( p = 0.093), suggesting modest but consistent cp-associated elevation in viral yield.
