Single DSA with a MFI of >2000 showed a trend towards faster decline of graft function as measured by mean total eGFR slope ( Figure 4G ).
Excerpts
a slight trendgold
The mean MFI of the detected DSA did not significantly differ between the different HLA target loci, but there was a slight trend towards higher DSA against HLA-DQ ( Figure 1D ).
The mean total eGFR slope calculated over the complete follow-up (which reduces the effect of graft loss but does not capture temporal dynamics) showed a clear trend towards accelerated eGFR decline in patients with DSA, but this did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figure 1D ).
These reactions with this enterobacter, EBV and HSV 1 + 2 may be significant, because IgG antibody against these pathogens is found in various degrees in the blood of the general population ( 51 ).
an obvious trendgold
Although without statistic difference, patients in the low cuproptosis signature group showed an obvious trend of higher response rates to immunotherapy in GSE135222 , GSE100797 and PMID26359337 cohorts ( Figures 6B–D ).
In addition, whereas no trend is observed in PC1 or PC3, PC2 seems to display an increasing trend through time.
On the other hand, BDNF, IL-12 and IL-15 (PC1) are significantly reduced in non-survivors at all time points with a decreasing trend through time, though a protective factor.
Thus, it appears that hemp seed substitution mitigated the HFHS-induced increase in PAI-1 levels, even though it only showed a trend toward a decrease as compared to the HFHS group.
A nested case–control study within inception cohorts of SLE and RA patients, including the entire population of British Columbia, Canada, found a statistical trend towards reductions in stroke, which suggested a possible cardiovascular preventative effect of HCQ ( 64 ).
6.5 months, p = 0.077) had shorter intracranial PFS; although these differences were not statistically significant, there was a trend toward significance.
Single thrombin generation parameters could not make a conclusive distinction between thrombosis and non-thrombosis patients, even though a trend is visible toward higher time-dependent variable values in both thrombosis groups, which is borderline significant ( Figures 1B, D, H, I ).
Comparing the number of publications on targeted immunotherapy for NMOSD, MS and MG, they all show an increasing trend, but each disease has its own unique increasing trend.
a negative trendgold
A negative trend was found for the serological levels among participants who had never been infected, with the adjusted median antibody measurements scaling from 8.7 at one month, to 7.3 at three months, and down to 4.6 at six months after vaccination ( 16 ).
an overall trendgold
Mice were weighed daily with an overall trend for virus-induced weight loss beginning 3 days post-challenge and weight gain beginning on day 6 for those that recovered ( Figure 3B ).
SP including sphingosine and several SM clustered together with an increasing trend, while Cer grouped together with mostly a decreasing trend.
Except that activated CD4 T cells and Type 2 T helper cells were significantly enriched in MYCN positive NB, the infiltration level of other immune cells showed an increasing trend in MYCN negative NB.
Other class I HLA alleles and class II alleles HLA-B*08:01, B*40:02, DRB1*04: 01, DRB1*04: 05, DRB1*14: 01 and DRB1*16: 02 also had a clear trend of greater frequency, while DRB1*15:01 of lower frequency, but did not reach statistical significance after Bonferroni’s correction, probably because of the small sample size.
An interesting trend was observed after exposure to BCKAs, where all clusters of late responses of BCKAs groups, especially KIC, have shifted away from the DMEM (control) group ( Figure 4A ).
Serum growth-related parameters With an increase in taurine content, the GH levels in serum showed a trend of increase (0.4–1.2%) and subsequent decrease (1.2–1.6%, Figure 2A ).
Nevertheless, APD 70 and APD 90 presented a nonsignificant trend towards decreased mean values in infected versus noninfected hearts from both the WT and Il-1r −/− groups.
However, HER2-High yielded lower percentages of CD69+ cells than HER2-Mid in all bead-to-cell ratios, which was an unexpected trend.
Similarly, IL-8, a strong chemoattractant and activator of neutrophils also showed a trend down over time, but in this case there was a significant difference between COVID-19 and healthy plasma ( Figures 3G, H ), which aligns to our previous findings and others associating increased IL-8 in the severity of COVID-19 ( 8 ).
Although no statistical significance was found, we observe an increasing trend of HLA-LOH events in GGOs during immunotherapy, and these immune escape mutations amplified after immunotherapy (30.8%, 4/13) when comparing to pre-treatment ones (8.3%, 1/12) ( Figure 5C ).
Risk score prognostic value was remained significant (only in TCGA and tended towards significance in GEO) after adjusting for confounding factors by undertaking multivariate analysis.
In addition, the expression of the readers ALYREF and YBX1 was almost significantly correlated with other regulators.
