Surprisingly, compared to its corresponding media without WNT3A (BASAL), WNT3A-CM-RSPO1 significantly enhanced the expression of the CCND1 ( p = 0.0051) and c-MYC ( p = 0.0007) genes, while A+B only showed a positive trend compared to A ( p = 0.0689 and p = 0.1049, respectively) ( Figure 2 A).

For Factor 1, borderline significant differences were observed between the groups ( p = 0.07). with the highest levels noted in CD patients.

However, this was only marginally significant ( p = 0.07) ( Figure 2 D).

Cin30 administration showed a trend toward reversing the Lac1-induced effect ( p = 0.07; Figure 5 B).

EAE-mice treated with “in/out” enriched-aCSF exchange therapy at days 6–8 following EAE-induction showed a trend towards a lower average clinical EAE-score at days 9–11 post EAE-induction (repeated ANOVA (f(1,16) = 3.73, p = 0.07), with a t -test for day 10 (4 days after starting treatment/2 days following end of treatment) revealing a significant difference in the average clinical score between treated and untreated mice (0 vs. 1.08 ± 0.30, respectively, p = 0.012).

There were no significant differences in the subject characteristics (as outlined in Methods), though age was nearly significant ( p = 0.07).
