MBOAT7 (rs641738), evaluated under a recessive model, was linked to higher CAP values and showed a trend toward greater fibrosis, suggesting a role in lipid remodeling and steatosis-driven fibrosis progression.

Fresh weight also exhibited a decreasing trend with increasing ABA concentrations, with the fresh weight of Col reaching its lowest value (0.005 g) at 120 μM ABA ( Figure 3 c,d).

AA had the highest diversity, while HT showed a trend toward reduced richness and increased dominance by fewer taxa.

Moreover, using this model, lower methylation in BDNF_IV1 also had significant predictive value for dementia ( p = 0.009; Table 2 ), although lower BDNF_IV1 methylation in dementia patients only showed a trend when participants were compared directly ( Figure 1 , Supplementary Table S2 ).

A decreasing trend in vaccination rates was observed with increasing age ( Table 1 ).
